Australasian Games in Perth. Debuted in 1998 with a game or two before
undergoing a knee arthroscopy. Shamrocks fourth-leading scorer
in 1999 with 2 goals 12 points, sixth-leading scorer in an
injury-shortened 2000 with 2 goals 9 points, sixth-leading scorer with
3 goals 9 points in 2001 as he limped through the season. In 2001
equaled the reserve mens record for most goals in a game, equaled the
record again in 2002. Shamrocks club president
in 1999, 2000 and 2001, club secretary 2002. Queensland GAA secretary in 2000,
2001 and 2002. Playing only a handful of games in 2002 due to the
inevitable decay of age.

Sporting Hightlights: Uncle was a silver medallist at
1956 Olympics. Premiership wins (in un-named levels) in
tennis, basketball, rugby and netball. Coached in Brisbane
division 1 girls basketball. (Shamrocks seniors Most Improved Player in
1999. On loan to Chelsea FC before returning on a free transfer midway
through 2002.

Good debut
season in 2001 with a handful of games. Queensland hockey
representative.
Emily Sangster
Debuted in 2000. Queensland representative at the 2000 Australasian
Gaelic Games in Adelaide, playing at corner-back. Queensland Gaelic
Football Association assistant secretary and Shamrocks committee member
in 2001. Queensland Rose of Tralee entrant in 2001. Member of the 2001
Championship winning team. Shamrocks ladies team player-coach in 2002.

Joined
Shamrocks in 2002 as a valuable midfielder. Would have been an automatic selection in the Queensland Minor team if
one had competed at the Australasian Games in 2002. Named the Best and Fairest Minor (under 18 years) Player in 2002 by the Queensland Association, and was runner-up Best and Fairest player in the Queensland 2002 reserves competition.
Matt Scandrett
Outstanding
first year of reserves team Gaelic football in 2001, finishing with 5 points. Regular
senior player for Shamrocks in 2002. Named the Senior Mens Best First Year Player in 2002 by the Queensland Association.
David Shakovskoy

Joined Shamrocks in 1999, went overseas in 2000, and returned for 2001.
Played for Queensland against the touring Connaught schools all-star
team in 2001. Shamrocks' seniors Best & Fairest Player in 2001.
Again a team-leader in 2002.
Jamie Simmons
Interests: Nude Breakdancing. Impersonating Fruit. Collecting rare and
exotic skin disorders
Individual Highlights: 1996 - Runner Up Charles Manson look-alike
contest. At College - voted person most likely not to be invited to
their own birthday party. 1987 - Developed an unnatural fear of
corduroy
Ambition: To be employed full-time as Liz Taylor's shower curtain
In Brief: Currently serving a life ban from Representative Chess for
striking, Jamie is a shy, energetic go-getter who actively promotes
peace on earth and goodwill to all man, via the use of excessive force
and extreme sarcasm. (Debuted for Shamrocks in 1999, played the first
half of 2000 but it seems he lost interest, because he disappeared
until making a reappearance in 2002 in celebratory mood after the
success of the Brisbane Lions.)
