So, who is Anthony, you might ask. Good question! All I can
tell you is that Anthony is my twenty year old son. You see, because
of the vindictiveness of his mother, I have not seen Anthony for more than
fifteen years,so I can't really tell you much about him.If you want, you
can read the whole story.
The purpose of this page is to bring to light a situation which
affects the children of divorce.The rights of children to have contact
with their non-custodial parents is being infringed, and the legal system
seems powerless to do anything about it. Those of you who can relate with
my story can go straight to my proposed petition.

In theory, laws governing custody and visitation are intended to
support the best interests of the children involved. The reality is different.
Custody and visitation issues are considered separate from support issues,
and are dealt with in such a way that it is nearly impossible to enforce
visitation orders without large amounts of money
and time.I wrote up a more detailed explanation
of the way the law works in my home state in order to clarify things a
bit.
I would like to try to change the laws governing the visitation
rightsof our children. According to least oneExpertOpinion,
being deprived of a good relationship with both parents can have a detrimental
effect on the children of divorce, and could be a significant contributing
factor to some of the social problems we currently experience.If you would
