beans & peasSOMETHING HEALTHY

I was feeling rather draggy and tired, so on the advice of a friend I began using herb and mineral supplements.

Something that helped to jump-start me in the mornings was Chromium Picolinate. I can honestly tell the difference between those days when I take it and those days when I don't.

Another helpful mineral has been Zinc, which aids your immune system in battling colds.

I have asthma and an herb which has helped improve my breathing is Stinging Nettle. It is a natural histamine blocker.

Be sure and eat a meal when you take any dietary supplements. Your body will absorb them more readily.
