He married Reliance Paine 10/18/1724. Reliance was born in Harwich, MA 1/27/1705/6. She was the daughter of Joseph Paine and Patience Sparrow. Reliance died 6/11/1742 in Barnstable, MA, at 37 years of age.

Eleazer Cobb and Reliance Paine had the following children:

25 i. Benjamin⁹ Cobb was born in Barnstable, MA 11/20/1725.

26 ii. Joseph Cobb was born in Barnstable, MA 3/28/1727.

27 iii. Reliance Cobb was born in Barnstable, MA 9/30/1728.

28 iv. Patience Cobb was born in Barnstable, MA 8/15/1731.
