Apple Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1-8 oz.pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 C.finely chopped nuts
4 oz. (1 Cup)Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 cinnamon stick, halved
3/4 C. finely chopped dried apples

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, & cinnamon until well blended. Stir in apples. Shape mixture into ball; roll in nuts. Insert bay leaf and cinnamon stick on top of ball to resemble stem and leaf of an apple. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers. Stores in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 3/4 cup.
