Ham Potluck Supper

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup butter/margarine 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 10 1/2-ounce cans condensed
chicken with rice soup
1 cup milk
3 cups cubed
fully cooked ham
7 hard-cooked eggs,
sliced
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Cook onion & green pepper in the 1/4 cup butter till tender but not brown. Blend in flour; stir in soup and milk. Cook & stir till thickened and bubbly. Fold in ham and six of the sliced hard-cooked eggs. Turn mixture into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter to combine. Sprinkle around edges of baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining egg slices. Serves 10 people.
