Flour | 1-29 oz. can tomatoes |
1 to 2 lbs. stew beef | 1 1/2 T. molasses |
1 med. onion, sliced | 1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced |
2 T. shortening | 1-10 oz. pkg. cooked French style green beans |
1 T. soy sauce |
Flour beef chunks and brown with onion in shortening. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours (the longer, the better). Serve with rice or noodles.
