3 chicken breasts, boned & skinned |
1 Tbsp. olive oil |
1/3 cup onion, finely minced |
3 1/2 cup water |
4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules |
1/2 cup white wine |
1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans, drained |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 Tbsp. parsley | 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped |
Freshly ground pepper, to taste |
1/2 tsp. thyme |
Finely dice uncooked chicken breasts. In a frying pan,
add oil, chicken & onion. Saute chicken until cooked.
Do not brown!
In a Dutch oven, place water, bouillon, wine, beans &
chicken mixture. Bring to a simmer and add remaining
ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes. Serves 4 people!!
