to play, explore, and learn. My goal is to provide kidz with quick access
links to the best "Kidsafe Sites" available. Here kidz can play
games, color and draw, send e-mail or e-cards, look up words and definitions,
find movies and photos of animals, chat with other kidz in a kidsafe enviroment,
search for other www sites, hear unique sounds and see funny pictures,
learn how to prevent injuries from occurring and what to do if an injury
does occur. Parents too are encouraged to ride along ...you may just learn

Millions of children face the prospect of serious disease and decreased
life span because of sedentary life styles and poor nutrition habits. Presently
children as young as six years of age weigh more and have considerably
more body fat than twenty years ago. Only thirty two percent of children
between the ages of six to seventeen meet the requirements of cardiovascular
fitness, flexibility, and upper strength.
