So, you want to know about me,eh?
I live in Northwestern Ontario, Canada...........What? You don't know
where that is?
Well,,,,,,,,,you know that big watering hole in the middle of North
America? The one that teachers call "The Largest Fresh Water Lake
in the World"? That's it! Most folks simply refer to it as Lake
Superior.
I live on the most Northern tip of Lake Superior! Now, you must be wondering,
what the heck is she (or anyone) doing living way up there in the frozen
tundra! <LOL>
Here's my story:
My 'official' name is Anne-Elizabeth! (BethAnn
is a twist on it! The '10'? Just 'cause! My photo
is here)
Too formal? Ok. My friends
call me Liz.

(I know! Weird sense of humor! But if you stick around you will see why
my sense of humor is .......well what it is)
I was born in Liverpool, England (land of the Beatles) in 1958. My
parents gifted me with 4 brothers (Steve, Gerard, Paul,
& Mike) and 1 sister (Colette). Steve is the only one
older than me. :-)
Colette and Paul are twins..........their proper names (at least according
to their birth certificates) are Mary Colette and Joseph
Paul. <grinning> You have to know my Mother to understand
her sense of humor! <LOL>
So.........anyway.........more about Liz.........
When I was 7 years old my parents made a major life changing decision
and moved us to Canada! My father flew on ahead of us and left my poor
mother (who was about 6 months pregnant at the time) to bring the 5 of
us "monsters" all by herself on a 7 day trip aboard a cruise
ship. The Twins were only 3 years old.
You guessed it! We, the three eldest, spread chaos all over the ship!
(have great memories though) (Some
stories)
We set up residence in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Where I attended
school and grew up in general. Then, another decision! Arghhhhhhhhhhhh!
Let's move north!
So, north we went..........alllllllllllllllllllll the way north.
North is good though! This is where I met my husband Carl
and was blessed with three wonderful girls, Christine
(20), Donna (17) and 'Eve' (14).
I am an Insurance Broker here in Ontario with Terrace
Bay Insurance Ltd.
Yeah, I know! We all love to hate our Insurance Brokers! <LOL>
Being involved in Insurance has it's ups and downs. (I wonder if
you have ever considered what it is like for a person dealing with accidents
everyday.)
What? Your still here? Are you still reading this stuff?? Wow!! You
really do need to get a life if your reading this! <I am laughing
and smiling>
I have been involved in Ontario
Insurance since I was 18 years old and fresh out of highschool.
Insurance is a great interest to me. I love my work. <smiling>
It is absolutely incredibly wonderful when, after an accident, everyone
and everything turns out to be ok! <loud applause!>
When crazy unpredictable stuff happens it can be heartbreaking though.
Especially where kids are involved and the whole mess could have
been avoided!
