This is to certify that Douglas Joseph Leonard Child of James T. Leonard and Irene F. Zaloudek born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 4th 1954 was Baptized on November 28th 1954 According to the Rite of the Roman Catholic Church by Rev. Frederick B. Zarrilli the sponsors being Arthur Zaloudek and Mary Little as appears from the Baptismal Registar of this Church dated August 23rd, 1961. This document must be proof of my being a Catholic when I was starting the first grade at St. Teresa Catholic School. A requirement put upon my dad J.T. James Theodore Leonard was called J.T. Hobies included electronics, Ham Radio (call letters W5LQZ), and restoring 1930 Model A Ford Rodster. James Theodore Leonard, Sr. is buried at Pinecrest Memorial Park out Hwy 5 West of Little Rock at the geological center of Arkansas. J.T. was a member of the 28.6 MHz Ham Radio Club. J.T bought his first house located at 4608 West 24th Street, Little Rock, Ark. on May 18, 1949. About 800 sq feet, two bedroom, 50X150 lot. Cost him $7200.00 and left him burdened with monthly payments of $37.15 per month plus $9.50 per month for taxes and insurance.
