Trento Reference Material - Volunteer Lookups

3. Include the name of the book from which you are requesting the lookup.

4. Be concise, but give enough information for the person to find your information, if they have it. Do not simply send a list of names and expect the volunteer to know what to do. Take some time to write a well thought request and include your name and e-mail address. Unsigned requests will not be answered.

Cloz The Smith family has extracted and computerized all the parish records up to 1900. The surnames in the village of Cloz are: Agnol, Agnolin, Agnolino, Angeli, Angelo, (all these are actually variant spellings of the same family as it evolved throught the centuries), Bugnata, Calovin, Canestrin, Catt, Cescolini, Clauser, Dalpiaz, Dorighin, Flor, Floreta , Franch, Franch-Beger, Franch-Taialargo, Franch-Vielmo, Franch-Zorzon, (they all ended up being just Franch after 1800), Gembrin, Leonardi, Luchi, Ongher (Ungher), Pancher, Parolar, Paternoster, Pedroti, Perazza, Rauz, Rauzi, Ritz (earlier spelling of Rizzi), Rizzi, Seppi, Zaffon, Zanon and Zuech.
