always include one of my famous recipes - for a tasty dish, for losing weight or just for

recommend it, it's worth trying!
After a sweet beginning, (remember my Strawberry Delight?), let's now do
something to lose weight.
Lose 10 pounds in a week!
1st day:
vegetable soup, fruit (no bananas) 2nd day: vegetable soup, vegetables (no sweetpeas), at dinner one jacket
potato with butter 3rd day: vegetable soup, vegetables (no potatoes), fruit 4th day: vegetable soup, 3 bananas, milk 5th day: vegetable soup, beef (boiled or roast), 6 tomatoes, 6-8 glass of
water 6th day: vegetable soup, beef (or chicken or fish), vegetables (no
potatoes) 7th day: vegetable soup, rice, fruit juice, vegetables
VEGETABLE SOUP
- a cabbage
- 3 onions
- 1 cellery stalk,
- a can of tomatoes in tomato juice
- 1 green pepper
- parsley
- salt, pepper
Chop the vegetables and boil them in 10 pints (5 l) water. Salt and pepper to taste.
