I am a 38 y.o. female, married with 2 beautiful daughters; one 16 and one 8. I work full-time and have recently finished college and have graduated in May 1997 as a Computer Programmer. But, to tell you the truth, I couldn't have done it without my husband Frank. His support was a big push for me to finish school.
I am orginally from Bronx, NY. My mother is from Puerto Rico, and my father is from Spain. I have a natural tan, long dark hair, and almond shaped drk eyes, high cheek bones, and yes, the famous Latin nose. My father enjoyed traveling when he moved to the states and married my mother. While I was growing up, we traveled a lot. We have lived in LasVegas (where brother was born), Mexico, Texas, NY, Florida, California, and Puerto Rico.
For 8 years I lived in St. Croix, U.S.V.I.. Oh what a beautiful island! If you have never seen blue waters, you have got to take a vacation to the Virgin Islands. Then I moved to Florida where I met my husband. Since then, I have lived in Georgia, and NC, where I reside now. Our dream is to move anywhere in the mountains.
And our dream is getting close to come true. For my birthday this year we visited Asheville, NC and we are making arrangements to move to the great Smoky Mountains.
Well, we made it! We now live in God's country, the "Smoky Mountains!". We have bought some property on a side of a mountain, and it is gorgeous! At the present time we are living in a 140 y.o. wonderful cabin. We will be here until we build our own home.
My favorite pass time is right here on the net, computers, and sitting outside of our cabin to enjoy the breeze, smell, and sounds of the wild. I enjoy bowling, chess, card games, sex, romance, high speed driving (yes I've had my share of tickets), reading horror books, watching horror/thriller/action movies, power walking, swimming, parties, social drinking, cooking, and most of all laughing.
My husband and I breed and raise PitBulls, Rottweilers, German Sheperds, which we sell, and we were going to breed wolf hybrids. The wolf, which we named Cochise was a new addition to our "family". He came from an abusive family. Please click Cochise to read about him. I've done some obedience dog training, and grooming. I love animals of all kinds. In Georgia we were known as the "animal people". Friends and unknowns would bring us wild hurt animals for us to aid and set free.
We have nurtured Robins, Finches, squirrels, Ferretts, dogs, cats, etc. Here in NC we are known as the dog people. Even dog catchers call us with information on dogs that will be put to sleep. Sometimes we will take them in and find good homes for them, other times we keep them. We now have a yard full of Pits, Rotts, and Shepherds, we had at one point 10 dogs. But, we have thinned out our pack, and we now have 6 dogs.
We are aware that PitBulls have always had a bad reputation, but breeding and raising these dogs have taught us differently. In St. Croix, my first PitBulls were given to me by my ex-husband, both dogs were 5 years old. I have loved the breed since. Yes, at first I was very scared and sceptical, but, what can I say. They won my heart and respect. PitBulls can be very gentle and good natured if raised right. They have a terrific sense of humor, for those that own dogs know what I'm talking about. For the past 8 years we have owned different Pits and have yet to encounter a "vicious" one. We are very selective to who we sell our dogs too. Our goal is to give the PitBulls a good name again.
When my husband and I first married, my neighbors gave me Tosawi, when she was only 4 months old. My husband at first was very skeptical, like most of you are, and told me all those stories that I have heard so many times before about this breed. But I asked him to give her a chance. And now, from a Shepherd lover, he is a PitBull lover. Seeing the heart this breed has, and wonderful spirit, my husband has dedicated his life into researching and learning all about PitBulls. Don't get me wrong, he still loves his Shepherds, but nothing will ever take the place of a Pit in his heart.
One of my goals is to learn how to use as much HTML as I can, and share what I have learned with others. Also, if you don't have much time, or it costs you too much to be on line, I will donate my time in exchange for having my banner on your page.
In the next few months I will be getting a scanner and I will share pictures of my dogs. So, I am extending an invitaion for your viewing in the near future.
Hard to talk about oneself, so I will be updating often to bring you up to date. I want to thank you for visiting my personal page, and hope that you have enjoyed reading about myself as much as I have enjoyed living.
If you have any questions about the breed of dogs that we raise, please do not hesitate to E-MAIL
us with questions. We will promptly answer!
