I live in a place where no one does anything they believe in and I get a lot of critisism about the life style I have choosen. But people don't realize that the way I live is healthy.   Hi! I decided to become a vegatarian about 2 years ago. I was 60 pounds overwieght and I knew that cutting meat out of my diet would make me choose more fruits and vegetables. Luckily I lost all that weight, but I could never see myself going back to eating meat. It just doesn't appeal to me any more. I am writing a speech on the nutritional benefits of being a vegetarian and if any one has any good info e-mail me! Thanks!
