I am just beginning to follow a vegetarian diet, and I am not terribly strict at the moment
because my parents are not very open to it. I hope I will be able to be more strict once I'm
in college. I don't think I will be vegan, but I want to keep meat out of my diet. I don't know
how to balance my meals without it yet. I'm reading about it.
