| Many web hosts offer counters (like Geocities or Tripod). If you want something more, check one of following trackers. Trackers can identify the number and percentage of visitors based on their operating system (Win95, Win
3.1, NT, Mac, etc.), browser (Netscape, MSIE), and domain (.com, .net, .edu, .mil, and
country-specific domains), as well as traffic by hour, day, week, and month.
All the trackers below rely on the loading of a graphical image to
count page impressions. Therefore, they do not count visitors who have turned images off, or visitors who are using
non-graphical browsers. Sometimes, they also rely on java applet: so they can't be accurate when tracking non-java-enabled-browser visitors. BUT they are ABSOLUTELY FREE. |
