In season one of fronds, Rachel ran away from her wedding... some meaningless stuff happened, Ross had his wife leave him and shack up with a runner bean... only because, she too, was a runner bean. His wife also had his son...
Ross then met up with Rachel again... and realised that she was the one true love in his life, only Rachel didn't notice him... and although a lot of good comic situations arose, nothing much happened.
In season two, Ross met up with Julie, someone with the same morbid interest in dead things, and things were okay for a while, only Chandler let it slip that Ross loved Rachel. Again, this was more of the same as season one, only with the roles reversed (which explains how I ended up with egg mayonaise and water cress when I wanted ham and cheese). By the end of the season though, Ross had left Julie, Julie had found someone else, Rachel had joined Ross (at the hip almost - if the anatomy allowed)... Of course, its now the third season... and Ross hasn't read his script yet...
Well... that was interesting wasn't it? Lets be hoping the rest of season three is that good!
Friends is a Warner Bros. production... Fronds isn't. Similar plotlines and names are used where appropriate to stop people from getting confused - which is a bad thing isn't it?
