Confessions of a Phabric Phantom
Trunk Show

No slides, no big production numbers, just real quilts and running commentary: where I've been, what I've done there, and how it works its way into my quilts. I'll show lots of quilts (25-30!), and discuss my development, influences, and philosophy as a quiltmaker and lifelong fabric fanatic.

The Haunts of the Phabric Phantom
Slide Lecture

See the wonders of New York's famous Garment District, and learn valuable tips and tricks for shopping for fabric in the big city (and anywhere else). See how New York quiltmakers are using unusual fabrics to make incredible, imaginative quilts.

A Quiltable Feast
(Quilts Good Enough to Eat)

Slide Lecture

See a banquet of quilts with a culinary theme, from many artists working in the quilt world today, plus delicious quilts in person! Guaranteed 100% fat-free entertainment! Available Spring, 2001.

Phabric Phantom Fabric Adventures
Shopping Tour of New York City

Come tour New York City's incredible fabric resources with an expert shopper! Let me take you shopping in the Garment District or Downtown, for great imports, interesting and unusual cottons, glitz, trims and more! Options for small or large groups available.

Details, Details...

Fees are available upon request.

Door-to-door transportation to and from my home (Upper East Side of Manhattan) must be covered. If I'm traveling over two hours from NYC, I prefer to stay overnight, especially the night before a full-day class, or following an evening lecture. I can stay in a hotel or your guest room, as long as I have a private room, my own bath, and a non-smoking environment. Pets are fine, especially cats!

All arrangements must be made in advance, and a contract must be sent as soon as possible in order to confirm a date.

Supply lists and other info will be sent with a signed contract. Pictures are available on request.
