In March this year, Steve joined friends, Cliff and Judy Akin, for a visit to the Southern California desert. We met in the town of Borrego Springs whish is surrounded by Anza Borrego State Park. The Akins had already been on the road for two weeks before Steve joined up with them. We used the Akin's new Nash 5th-wheel for our accommodations, and the first few days we stayed at the Anza Borrego Palm Canyon Campground. Here are a few scenes at the campground.
