On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. of every week, in Downtown San Francisco, students gather to practice sitting meditation (Shamatha), the Nyala Lineage Prayer, and Nyala Pema Dundul Green Tara. If there is a new student , we will be glad to change our format to answer questions. At times, we also practice on other evenings, depending on the needs and wishes of students (we are a small and flexible center).
In addition to our regular practice schedule, Osel Dorje Nyingpo observes the practice days listed in the calendar below. Times are 7:00 p.m. for all practices, unless there is a consensus among students to practice at a different time.
