WET 42: Strange BouquetI then used the Hue/Saturation/Lightness to make several colored copies, each one 10 more on the the Hue setting. I added 10% uniform noise to each one. Then I put the various copies on a large transparent image (nose centered), rotating each 36 degrees further than the last so they were evenly spaced. I deformed this image 3 times with the "circle" deformation, then place 3 copies (at different angles, one mirrored) onto a larger transparent image, drop shadowing each as I placed it. I made the stems on another layer using bezier curves and drop shadows. The leaves were added on a third layer, and were made from the basic petal fish, colorized then flattened with horizontal perspective at 100% twice. I rotated this original leaf and "bent" the tip various ways to get a range of leaves. I dropshadowed each leaf after I positioned it on the stem. I added a black background layer and saved the whole thing as a psp file. I then made a merged copy, reduced by 50% "smart" and used unsharp mask to sharpen the copy a bit. Then I made mats and a frame, using Fibonacci numbers with black and two other colors picked up from the image. I buttonized the frame and that's that!

![]() This is a smaller version of the original image posted for us to use. Thank you! |
This image was created using Paint Shop Pro 5, especially for the WET #42 project.
It is my original creation based on the original WET image obtained from Ron on-line
through alt.binaries.comp-graphics.
Thank you!
