F.N.G.
In high school and college [1979-84], I heard that this was a slang term
for cunnilingus. In recent discussions [1996] and in
alt.folklore.urban, this word has been used to describe 'gerbiling' or
'gerbil stuffing,' the fictitious homosexual practice of pushing a live
gerbil or other small animal into one's anus for sexual pleasure, and
alternately to describe the act of sucking one's ejaculate from the anus
of one's homosexual lover; I have heard these last two definitions
from heterosexuals only
bob on the knob; eat ~, bite ~, lick me; go down (also refers to
cunnilingus)
; smoke the pole; teabag
Note: practically all the euphemisms for fellatio
are considered at least mildly offensive by most people,
and often all references to sexual activity are considered
very offensive and should not be uttered in mixed company;

The origin for this word seems fairly straight forward (Dutch: fokken, to breed cattle, from the Middle Dutch: push, thrust, copulate; akin to Swiss dialectic fock: penis). A number of persistant popular etimologies claim that it derives from an abbreviation, although there are several, all apparently unsubstantiated. For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, supposedly taken from police blotters, seems to be the most popular, even though no law against fornication was worded this way. Fornication Under Consent of King also persists.
There's also this popular folk etymology that comes all the way from the Battle of Agincourt and repeated ad nauseum over the internet. The French, who were overwhelmingly favored to win the battle, threatened to cut a certain body part off of all captured English soldiers so that they could never fight again. The English won in a major upset and waved the body part in question at the French in defiance. The body part which the French proposed to cut off of the English was the middle finger, without which it is supposedly impossible to draw an English longbow. As the story goes, the longbow is said to be made of the native English yew tree, so the act of drawing the longbow was apparently known as plucking yew. Naturally, when the victorious English waved their middle fingers at the defeated French, they said, "PLUCK YEW!"
One of the most clever versions included this explanation: Over the years some 'folk etymologies' have grown up around this symbolic gesture. Since 'pluck yew' is rather difficult to say (like "pleasant mother pheasant plucker," which is who you had to go to for the feathers used on the arrows), the difficult consonant cluster at the beginning has gradually changed to a labiodental fricative 'f', and thus the words often used in conjunction with the one-finger-salute are mistakenly thought to have something to do with an intimate encounter. It is also because of the pheasant feathers on the arrows that the symbolic gesture is known as giving the bird.
