Hiya Friends,
As you know, I get furious when people talk about the proper "interpretation" of the Constitution. There is no room for interpretation, I say. Unlike the Bible, which is so damned vague it can be taken to mean eleventy-jillion contradictory things at once (and has been) the Constitution is specific and literal. It is clear. it is concise. It has no nonsense. In the popular idiom of the quivvvering chickenshits of today, it has "explicit lyrics." It says what is says and that's all that it says. It is not interpretable. It is blunt, hardcore, street, absolute, real, legit, down.
It is straight outta Philadelphia.
What the Constitution says, among other things, is:
If you haven't read the companion piece to this one, please do before you go any further. In it I point out that you have the right to own and carry ANYTHING as long as it might be a weapon. That's right: the mere fact that it could be used in an offensive or defensive manner means that your ownership, possession and use of said item may not be regulated in any way.
What are the consequences for freedom?
Well, none: consequences are bad things that happen because you screwed up. We didn't screw up by being born with the right to defend ourselves. It would seem, though, that anyone who presumes to govern the American People has screwed up, and big-time. The consequences for our would-be (let's face it, actual) masters are quite dire. At least in theory.
I decided to examine several different aspects of our tyrannical and unjust society in terms of the Second Amendment. That is, what laws must be repealed, what regulations lifted because they violate the Second Amendment?
I'll give you a clue: it wasn't only gun laws. Try as I did, I couldn't find any law anywhere that didn't violate the Second Amendment. It would seem that our Vile Masters are forbidden to pass any laws at all, since every law controls something that might be a weapon. And that's un-Constitutional.
1. GUN LAWS
Must all be repealed. Argument so obvious I won't repeat it here.
2. PORNOGRAPHY
Kinky pics can be used to assault uptight people's sensibilities. No restrictions on manufacture, ownership or use.
3. MOTOR VEHICLES
Used to kill thousands each year. Excellent weapon. No restrictions on manufacture, features, use, speed, operators, size, height, lighting, structure, or anything else. Let freedom roll!
4. DRUGS - POT, HEROIN, COCAINE, ETC.
Well known for their deadly properties. Cannot be controlled - well, that's a statement of fact, but I mean in the legal sense.
5. PROSTITUTION
Great way to weaken an enemy. No restrictions
