in 1984 i started investigating many diverse forms of creative expression - through the years sound and visual mediums have been used as a conduit for these explorations to occur - the results of these studies have sometimes been released in limited editions -

the sound and visual work has evolved into exploring my immediate environment and extracting perceptions and materials for applications and presentation packages - these applications and presentations are becoming more minimal in some respects, such as letting the materials speak for themselves, with little or no modifications – there is an increased awareness and deliberate involvement with my surroundings as a means, as source for materials, and as inspiration -

the sound work that i investigate is not concerned with any musical philosophy – i am only concerned with the interaction between myself and sound as a way of approaching a communication with the aural world around me -
