Sonia the Hedgehog Sonia is another new character introduced in the show Sonic Underground. She is sister to Sonic, and Manic. Sonia is a girl who can take care for herself and never hesitates meeting any challenge that comes along, she also has a kind heart and takes the emotional part in many adventures. Like most young girls, she has a crush for handsome good-looking males. Sonia has a magic medallion in the shape of a keyboard which she wears around her neck, and can change it to a real keyboard upon her request. The keyboard can also be used as a gun when fighting of Robotnik. Sonia lacks Sonic's super speed, but she can perform her Super Twirl. The Super Twirl allows her to accelerate into a whirlwind spiral. Sonia and her other two siblings make up the band Sonic Undergroound. She is in search of her mother, along with Sonic, and Manic. She is destined to rule Mobius in peace, as a part of the "Council of Four", which consists of herself, her mother, Sonic, and Manic.
