Carbonara Sauce For Pasta

1 can(10-3/4oz) mushroom soup
1 cp diced cooked ham
2 tbsp diced onions, or 1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 cp half-and-half, or milk
3/4 cp shredded swiss cheese

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat soup, onions and milk until hot, stirring often. Stir in cheese until melted. Add ham and heat for another 3 or 4 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rotini noodles or any pasta that you prefer.
