... Still more on my trip to Arizona!!

A stark contrast between the green tree and the surrounding ash from the lava flow On Tuesday, and now it starts to get a bit fuzzy for me, I remember that Dave wanted to go to the chiropractor. He did so in the afternoon, and I took the rental car. That was when I first visited the Earth Mother Father Foundation. I had a look around, bought a bracelet for myself and a purple rock for Audrey, and chatted with Shirley who manages the gift shop. There was a sign outside the shop that announced a meeting that evening, entitled "Everything in the Light Night". I asked Shirley about it, and she said it was a session with Wenty and Rob that lasted as long as it needed to, and it was $9.00. We discuss whatever we want to.

The Sunset Crater lava flow I took another trip to the Airport vortex to be alone there for about a half hour before picking up Dave at the chiropractor's office. I did some self-Reiki there, and laid my personal crystals out on the rock so that they gather some energy from the rock. I told Dave about the session that was on that night with Wenty and Rob, and although he was interested in joining me, he stayed behind in our first hotel room, at L'Auberge de Sedona, after camping. He did some breathwork in the tub while I spoke to a group of strangers about their love lives and my desire to help my friend Nick.

Wenty's spirit guides and angels guided her to talk to me about nutrition. Because the timing wasn't right, we planned to meet again on Friday, knowing I was leaving Sedona the next day.

Wupatki National Monument So Dave and I made our way up to Flagstaff on Wednesday. The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff starts off with a scenic view of the mountains on the way there, and there are places to stop and take pictures. It was quite windy, but the sights were awesome. We toured a few shops in Flagstaff and had lunch at the Mountain Oasis (an excellent and well-priced natural foods restaurant!) before heading off to view an old lava flow and a cinder cone called Sunset Crater north of Flagstaff. After the crater came the Wupatki National Monument, an ancient dwelling for the Sinagua, Kayenta Anasazi, Winslow Anasazi and Cohonina cultures. We had planned to make an evening trip to the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, but due to high winds, voluminous clouds and snow, we figured the viewing would be cancelled, so we relaxed in our hotel room instead after having dinner at Cafe Espress.
