I waited impatiently for my plane.

I thought of the glass plate I had bought Jamie. I sighed. She and I had drifted apart ever since the accident that claimed Jessica's life. I guess she blames me.

I shrugged and nearly missed my flight call.

I walked to the gate and turned back, suddenly feeling very alone.
