The U.N.K.L.E. LP 'Psyence Fiction' featuring Thom Yorke doing the vocals
of 'Rabbit in Your Headlights' is out in Europe this Monday (Japan will
already have it, and the USA will get it on 28th Sept). I've been listening
to it for a little while now, and recomend the whole LP, especially DJ Shadows mixing work. Lots of quality tracks from other
collaborators like Richard Ashcroft, Mike D, Badly Drawn Boy, Kool G Rap,and Jason Newstead.
The official website is up now : http://www.unkle.com with artwork, lyrics
and even a sing-a-long guide to Thom's track :
lyrics. Be prepared it takes a very long time to load all of the graphics.
I can also confirm that 'Rabbit in Your Headlights' will be taken from the
album as a single due for release sometime later this year.
More collaboration news - Jonny may be playing keyboards on Bernard
Butler's second solo LP. [thanks madflowr]

Ed has been talking about the new album recently... He has even gone so far as to name a few unreleased tracks that may be added to the album. Track decisions and recordings should begin early October. Here is a bit o' info:'I Promise' is now described as a Roy Orbison-style power ballad. 'True Love Waits' is a
song much in the vein of Karma Police. 'Motion Picture Soundtrack' is now 'atmospheric', and
involves the whole band. More info. as well as a listening segment can be found at Planet Telex just go into their news page and click there.
And an update on the contact details for W.A.S.T.E. - anyone with merchandise enquiries, or
those wanting to join the W.A.S.T.E. newsletter mailing list should now email stuff@wasteproducts.demon.co.uk. Anyone with letters for the band or questions for the band
should be addressed to Mel at radiohead@fanclub.demon.co.uk - don't expect a reply for awhile since they are so famous now.
We all just want a peice of radiohead.
The U.N.K.L.E. LP release date in the USA will be 29th September.
The song "Tacky Love Song" by Credit to the Nation is being played right now in the UK... It is based around and uses the guitar line from High and Dry. Keep your ears open.
