featured review Jimmy Eat World "Clarity"Recently being featured on "Never been kissed" OST. I'm sure a lot more people now sing to "Lucky Denver Mint" which no one could possibly skip. Right from the start with Table for Glasses it just has all the right hooks to make you just check out the lyrics and just sing along. Though there are a few loopholes here and there on other tracks. It's good trying to do something new or should I say experimental? But not when you have the same repeated tune for the last track, Goodbye Sky Harbor. Hey, I like the song with all the singing, but not when they repeat the same tune for more than 10 minutes. Blister is one song that I've only listened to once, after that, nah. "how long will it take me to walk across the united states all alone, the west coast has been traumatized. I think I'm the only one still alive" Duh. I like the re-recorded version of Crush though. For me this is heaven is a great track once you skip the cheesy lyrics at the start. Skip a few bad numbers and it's not a bad album afterall. (Capitol/Big Wheel Recreation) 7.5 |
