About Me
My name is Yeong Pey Jung and I'm going to be 16 years old in November 2000. My family consists of my parents(duh), and two sisters, more commonly known as the Boss and the Ultimate Brat. I'm born and bred in Penang, Malaysia. I'm in high school, Form 4 this year. I have taken my PMR(I scored 8 A's, if anyone's interested to know)and will be an SPM candidate in 2001.
My interests include reading, music, movies and, like any other teenage girl, SHOPPING!!! I read books by Dean Koontz and R.L.Stine and Nancy Drew. I'm a big fan of horror and murder mysteries. For light reading, I read books by Francine Pascal, the Sweet Valley series. I love music a lot, I learn the piano and violin. I also know the "er-hu", the Chinese version of the violin, through the Chinese Orchestra of my school. Although I'm interested in music, I'm not very good at it. Mainly cos I'm pretty lazy to practise.....hehehehehe. But then again, I can practise for hours every day, and I'll still won't be as good as our favourite musical genius, Leehom. That's cos he's gifted and talented in music and I'm not. Plus he practises very hard and I don't. (Har har)
I love (romantic)comedies. 'While You Were Sleeping', starring Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman remains my all time favourite. Another film I like is by Robin Williams, 'Mrs. Doubtfire'. It's a pretty old movie, about 5 years old, but you can still get it at video stores if you're interested.

On music, besides Leehom, I also like Jeff Chang and the Backstreet Boys, an American boy-band. I've liked Jeff since 3 years ago, and I think he's really great!! Like Leehom, Jeff plays the violin as well. But I think Leehom is better....:). Jeff's also a great singer, his voice is melodious and soothing. I love all his songs!! Lots of people don't like the Backstreet Boys, I know, but I like them for their music. They are pretty good singers with their own style.
