If you're interested in joining Buckheads, OICM3H, MLA, or REMarks, you'll need to be signed up with
YahooGroups.
If you're interested in joining OICM3H, you would use the URL http://groups.yahoo.com/group/oicm3h. If you wish to join another group,
just substitute the group name. The group name is emphasized. Capitalization is important when inserting the group's name.
Peter Buck: BuckheadsList. Michael Stipe: MLA-AthensGA. R.E.M.: remarks.
<--
Applebutter A mailing list that spun off from rec.music.rem.
Bill Berry Technically, he's not in the band anymore, but he's still R.E.M.-related.
Buckheads Not to be confused with the list for the Buckheads organization.
Joy and Wonder R.E.M. club.
MikeMills Guess who the club is dedicated to?
MonsterList German fans.
Murmers They can't spell very well, but they're fans of R.E.M.
REM.8m.com Mailing list for the web site http://rem.8m.com.
REM99 List for Polish fans.
REMbr Most likely for Brazilian fans.
REM_Expo Mailing list for "Inspired: The R.E.M. Art Exhibition," which is set to happen in Athens, GA in 2002.
REM Fan List Do you have to ask what the list is about?
REMFans If you guessed the list is about the Chainsaw Kittens, you'd be off base.
REM_fans I don't think this list is about the Starlight Mints . . . do you?
REM-Inspired A newslist for people involved in the "Inspired: The R.E.M. Art Exhibition."
REM Mailing List It's safe to say the list isn't about George W. Bush.
REManiacos Spanish fans. Or some close equivalent.
REM_nl Dutch fans.
REM_remarks Remarkably enough, it's dedicated to R.E.M.
Walk_Unafraid Definitely not a Missy Elliot list.

Antidisestablishmentarianism: Are YOU a Victim?
Enough of R.E.M. in its content that it's not considered part of the fan pages section. Unusual enough that I don't know how to classify it.
Jan's R.E.M.-Seite
German site with the basics, plus links to other interesting sites.
The Krazy Kat that Walks by Himself
A look at the cartoon strip, Krazy Kat, which features the eponymously named cat and the mouse that it loves, Ignatz Mouse. (Stipe has a Krazy Kat-related
tattoo--in case you were wondering about relevance)
REM Fanpage
Framed German page with all the basics. Downloads include live music (Real), MIDIs, lyrics, etc. Need Netscape 3.x minimum to work properly.
REMHQ: R.E.M. Fan Resource Site
Not to be confused with the official site. It's got the basics. Nice design, which also includes a search box of the site. You will need something higher than
Netscape's 3.x or you'll get a lot of error messages (latest versions of Netscape, Opera, IE, etc. should work). Downloads of MIDIs and some other items
available.
R.E.M. Findhere
Italian page with most of the basics (biography, discography, and links). Requires some quicktime plug-ins that are not necessary to view the site, but the
messages are minor annoyances.
R.E.M.Land
Seemingly well updated site with all the basics. Video clips and full length video available. Clips require a little patience if you're on a slow connection.
Full length video (OOT era and beyond) requires a 100k (minimum) connection for watchable quality; so make sure you've got a broadband connection.
