The gang was all set to go, when Giles came out of school with the weapons. "Oh, I wanna pick first!" said Xander laughing. Giles putted the stakes and the crosses on the ground and everybody took some. "Cordy?" asked Willow, looking at Cordy standing with nothing in her hand. "What?" asked Cordy. "Aren't you gonna take a stake?" asked Willow, smiling. "I don't need one. I'm not going to touch them!" said Cordy. "Oh, yes you do" said Xander, giving her a stake and cross. "Just because Miss. Save the world took off, it doesn't mean I should touch those creatures!" said Cordy. "Oh, just take it and shut up!" said Willow. "Giles, what about the crossbow? There gonna be lots of bad guys in there" said Willow. "Yes, I'll take it" said Giles. They went slowly to the park, looking out from vamps, When a red headed vamp came behind Xander. "Xander, look out!" said Willow. Xander turn around and punched the vamp. Oz came to help him breaking an old cup that he found on the ground on the vamp's head. He fell and Xander staked him quickly. They continued walking when 3 vamps came out of nowhere and attacked them. The first two attacked Giles and Oz. Oz quickly staked the first. The third vamp attacked Cordy. She kicked him with her heels and he fell. When he tried to stand again she hit him in his delicate place. "Stake him!" yelled Xander. Cordy took the stake and hit him in his heart. "Is everything alright?" asked Giles, after staking a vampire. "Super. I killed a vamp" said Cordy.


Los-Angeles streets

"Buffy?" asked Tom. Buffy didn't know what to do. I should lie to him... Say something like- "I just heard the screaming so I came to help....". She told herself. But I feel like I can't lie to him... I should tell him the truth....Even if he'll think I'm crazy. "Buffy? You killed this guy?! He turned to ashes!" said Tom. "Tom, there's something I need to tell you. Well... Do you believe in Vampires? He was one. Vampires are real like some many other creatures. And in every generation there is a chose one..." said Buffy and took her hotdog from Tom's hand.
Sunnydale Graveyard

After slaying some more vamps the Scooby gang thought it's over but then came two vamps and attacked. One attacked Willow who was standing near a tree holding her cross and stake and watching the others. She didn't know what to do. She tried to move but her legs were weak and she couldn't move fast. He hit her and she fell. He came to bite her when an arrow came through his heart. Willow looked up to see Giles with his crossbow. "Thanks" said Willow. "Babe. I told you shouldn't come here" said Oz, hugging her. Xander and Cordy were fighting the other vamp, who was quite strong. They were about to stake him. "wait!" yelled Willow. Xander directed the stake to the vamps heart and listened to Willow. "What's up Will?" asked Xander. "Maybe he can give us some information. About his leaders" said Willow and smiled. "She's right. Tie him up" said Giles. Xander and Cordy tied him. Xander grinned. "So, dead guy. We have couple of ways to do it. You can tell us what we wanna know, and then we might let you go... or you can be quiet and then we'll torture you till death" said Xander and punched the vampire. "What do you want?" asked the vampire. "We want you to tell us where is your leaders Spike and Dru" said Xander, taking some holly water from Giles and pouring it on the vampire. "They're gone" said the vampire. "What do you mean gone?" asked Giles. "They left town" said the vampire.


Los-Angeles Streets
Later that time

Buffy and Tom were walking. "So, your that chosen one" said Tom. "Yep. You probably think I went mad". Said Buffy. "No. I believe you. I can feel you're telling the truth. And that explains a lot!" said Tom. They stood near an old building "That's it" he said. "What?" asked Buffy. She looked at the sign- "Homeless and needed shelter". "Oh, that's where we're gonna sleep tonight?" asked Buffy. "Come in" said Tom, Coming into the shelter. Buffy followed him. "Hi Tesse" said Tom as they met a black big lady with a big smile. "Hi there, my favorite guy. You came to stay or just visiting?" asked Tesse. "Well, none. I can help, but really I came to... I brought you someone" said Tom, smiling. "Hello there. I'm Tesse" said Tesse. "Buffy Summers. Nice to meet you" said Buffy. "So do you have a bed for her?" asked Tom. "Lucky you. We have couple of beds left" said Tesse. She started walking and Buffy and Tom followed her. "Aren't you gonna sleep here?" asked Buffy. "No" said Tom. "But..." started Buffy. "I wouldn't take a bed from someone who needs it more than me- like you. I live on the street some time now. I like it. And I'm not asking you, dear, your gonna sleep right here!" said Tom, cutting Buffy. Tesse stopped near a small bed. "What can I help with now?" asked Tom. "You shouldn't. You should go to sleep. You haven't slept last night" said Tesse.


Sunnydale Graveyard

"Are you telling the truth?" asked Xander. "Yes! Just let me go!" said the vamp, yelling in pain, after Xander kicked him. "That's alright, Xander. We heard enough" said Giles. "You remember what I said? That we might let you go? Well- we might not!" said Xander and staked the vampire "Well, were done here". "So, that's what he offered her.... Oh, my legs are weak" said Willow. "Come on, babe, I'll take you home. Bye, Everyone" said Oz. "Later" said Willow. "Bye" said everybody and Willow & Oz left. "Oh, I need a shower- I full with dirt and dust, and vampires ashes" said Cordy, complaining in disgust. "Cordy!" yelled Xander. "Ok, I won't complain but I wanna go home" said Cordy. "That's okay, Xander, we've finished for the day" said Giles. "Ok, so we're out of here" said Xander "Aren't you going too Giles?" "Yes, right away. I'll go to the library to take some books and then I'll go to Mrs. Summers place and tell her everything" said Giles. "Bye" said Cordy & Xander.


The shelter

"Goodbye then. Buffy, I'll meet you near our bench tomorrow morning or you want me to come here" said Tom. "No, that's Ok" said Buffy. "Eat some breakfast before you come" said Tom and smiled "The food here is pretty good. Bye". "Bye" said Tesse & Buffy. Buffy kissed on his cheek and he grinned. "So, Buffy, if I can ask, how long have you been on the street?" asked Tesse. "I came here yesterday's night. And Tom found me" said Buffy and smiled "I was sleeping on his bench". "Oh, yea, he was helping us all night. Your lucky he found you. Tom is the finest man I have ever met. He's just about the most happy man I have ever met" said Tesse. "Yes. I adore him" said Buffy. "His life is not so well, and that's the good term. His life is pretty screwed up. He's an old man living in the street with no family and almost no money" said Tesse and sat on one of the chairs "But he has his joy, and he helps people, and he got thousands of friends. And that's what makes him wake up at the mornings". "He's helping people instead of himself I guess" said Buffy. "Well, he has lots of fans" said Tesse, smiling.


Cordy's place
Later that evening

"Oh god... That was my favorite dress! Look at it!" said Cordy, looking at her dress. "Well, here's an idea - you shouldn't come to slay vampires with it!" said Xander. "Oh, I'm sorry. How didn't I thought In the morning what would go well with vampires ashes!" said Cordy, walking up in the stairs. "God! I don't know what I'm doing with you sometimes!" yelled Xander and followed her. "Well, so what are you doing here?" said Cordy, coming into her room. Xander didn't answer and they kissed passionately. "Well, that's why I'm here" said Xander. "Ok. I'm fine with that" said Cordy. They fell on the bed still smooching. "You thinking 'bout it?" asked Xander. "Yep" said Cordy and turned the lights off.


The shelter
Late night

The place was quiet. Everyone was sleeping. Buffy tried to sleep but thoughts of Angel filled her mind. She suddenly opened her eyes. She didn't believe what she saw- he was standing there, in the shelter, looking at her. She didn't know if this is reality or that a fantasy. "Angel" Buffy whispered. "I'm here" said Angel, coming closer to her. They kissed. "I thought I killed you" cried Buffy. "Don't say anything. I love you" said Angel. "I love you too" said Buffy. "Go to sleep" said Angel. She closed her eyes and fell asleep.


Cordy's Place
Morning

Cordy woke up in Xander's arms. She closed the alarm clock and waked him up. "Good morning, my prince" said Cordy, kissing Xander. "Hello, lover" said Xander. "Oh, I'm tired!" said Cordy. "What's the time?" asked Xander. "About 8:00am" said Cordy. "We need to wake up, uh?" asked Xander. "I guess" said Cordy. "Wow!" said Xander. "Yea. I guess... I guess I'm in love with you. I don't believe it... I never thought I would in love with you!" said Cordy. "I love you too" said Xander and kissed her.


The shelter

Buffy woke up, hoping to see Angel next to her, but he wasn't there. She got off bed. "Good morning Buffy. Come and eat some breakfast" said Tesse. Buffy nodded and looked at the crowded breakfast table. She took a plate and stood behind a young girl. "Hey. I'm Kate" said the girl. "I'm Buffy. Nice to meet you" said Buffy. "Same. How are ya?" asked Kate. "Cool. I guess" said Buffy. "It's your first night here, uh?". Buffy nodded. "Well, you'd get used to it" said Kate. "Since when are you here?" asked Buffy. "A month. I guess you wanna know why I'm here. Well, It's still hurts saying it... My father... He abused my physically and sexually" said Kate. "I'm sorry" said Buffy. "It's okay" said Kate and took some bread form the table. She noticed Ben in the crowd and yelling him- "Ben!!!!!" Ben turned to her . "Hey" said Kate. "Good morning" said Ben and kissed her. "Morning. This is Buffy. Buffy, this is Ben" said Kate. "Hey" said Buffy & Ben to each other. They both smiled. "I'm going to talk to Tesse. See ya" said Ben and walk away. "That's Ben. We're a couple. And really good friends. His parents died in a car accident" said Kate. "Oh, I'm sorry" said Buffy. "What's your case?" asked Kate. "Well, it was a all mess. My boyfriend died..." Maybe he's not dead! She thought to herself. I saw him... No... I was just dreaming. It couldn't have been him... "And my mom and I fought and she told me not to come back, and I was kicked out of the school, and a friend of mine was killed by my fault" cried Buffy. "I'm sorry. Too fresh, uh?" said Kate.


Sunnydale High Library

The Scooby gang was in the library. Giles was researching in his books while Willow was searching information in the net. "What are you looking for?" asked Xander. He and Cordy was sitting on the table smooching. "Information about what happens to demons when they get to hell- how can they can out etc." said Giles. "Oh, so you're sure that Buffy killed when he was cursed?" asked Cordy. "Found anything, Will?" asked Xander. "Nope. But I found some lovely descriptions of hell. Let me just say- urgh! Not the perfect place for a vacation" said Willow. "Yes- of course. Well, yes Cordelia, I'm quite sure that the curse did work and I'm afraid that means Buffy killed the Cursed Angel. I guess he awaked Acathla before the curse worked. No. take the first sentence back. I'm sure the curse worked". Willow: "Yea- with me being possessed and all" said Giles. "Well- Drucsilla and Spike are off town. So something good happened, One less worry. So I guess we figured that was the deal. She'll let him and Dru leave town, and he'll help her fight Angel. Two less vam..." said Oz. "Principal Snyder" said Willow, cutting Oz. "Rupert, I..." said Snyder and noticed the gang "What are you all doing here?"

Buffy was on her way to meet Tom near his bench. She was day dreaming. She saw Angel like he looked last night- painful but loving... I thought I killed him, or sent him to hell, but his alive! No.... She reminded herself- I was fantasying.... Suddenly she bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry" said Buffy, coming back to reality. In front of her stood Matt. "Sorry" said Matt and stared at her. "It was my fault" said Buffy. She noticed he was starring at her. "What?" "Uh?" asked Matt. "You're starring at me. "What? Is my hair a disaster? Do I have a big spot on my shirt?" asked Buffy smiling. "No. I'm sorry. I didn't notice I was doing it. You're just so..." said Matt. "Oh god. I know I look awful. Don't say it" said Buffy. "NO! You look... Gorgeous. You're amazing" said Matt. "Thanks. You're a liar. But a sweet liar. I like it" said Buffy. "I'm sorry, haven't introduced myself. I'm Matt Forester" said Matt. "Buffy Summers" said Buffy. "So are you going to the center?" asked Matt. "Not really. I'm going to the head street" said Buffy. "I was on the way. I just came back few steps 'cause I need some money and I forgot to take some out" said Matt. "So disburse some money and I'll wait for you" said Buffy. She was glad to make friends. She felt a strange wish to be around him. "Sure" said Matt. He took some money from the "money machine" near by and they continued. "So, you're not from here, aren't you?" "Nope. I'm from Sunnydale. It's a small town" said Buffy. "Never been there. A pretty boring place, right?" asked Matt. "Yea" said Buffy. Well... you can see it that way... She thought to herself. "Where you from?" "Here. I was born here, but I live alone now. I'm starting first year on collage next year" said Matt. "I'll be a senior" said Buffy. "Oh" said Matt. She charmed him. But did she run away from home? What is she doing here?


Sunnydale High Library

"Principal. Snyder. Um..." said Giles. "We're, uh, we're taking books" said Willow. "Yea. You see we have this big work in history so we came to get some information" said Xander. "Yea right, Harris. You and your dumb friends are taking books" said Snyder and looked at Cordy and Xander) "Feeling like home, aren't you?" They both stood up. "Isn't it what school library is about, Mr. Snyder? To make the kids feel like home?" asked Giles. "Whatever you'll say, Rupert" said Snyder. He looked at Willow working on the computer. "And what are you doing Missy?" "Me?" asked Willow. "I asked young Miss. Rosenberg to help me research some new books on the net. I don't understand Computers" said Giles. "Hell in our life?" Snyder read the PC site title. "Uh... Wrong address" said Willow. "Well, I should suspend you all like I suspended that Summers girl. Anyway, Rupert, I came to give you this memo..." said Snyder. "You suspended Buffy?" asked Willow. "Yes. It was one of the finest moments I had In life" said Snyder. "Based on what?" asked Xander in anger. "She was and she still is trouble" said Snyder. "You..." said Xander, coming closer to Snyder. "Be careful, Xander" said Cordy. Giles gave the gang a look and took the memo from Snyder. He started reading it and suddenly looked at Snyder. "You're leaving?" asked Giles. The gang exchanged looks.


Washington Street

Buffy and Matt were walking and talking. Buffy saw Tom on one of the old benches. "Tom" said Buffy and walked faster. They came closer to him. "Hey there, sweetie" said Tom. Buffy kissed him and introduced him to Matt. "Matt, this is Tom" she said and turned to Tom "Tom, this is Matt Forester". "Tom Conrad" said Tom and shook hands with Matt "Nice to meet you". "Same here" said Matt. Buffy noticed a small little puppy near by. "Oh... Look at that sweet thing!" said Buffy. She went to play with him. Tom needed only one look at Matt when he was watching Buffy. "Dear haven. You're already in love with her!" said Tom. "How can I not?" said Matt. They became silent when Buffy came closer to them. Suddenly a big truck passed the road fast as a wind. All the dirt and mud on the road was all over Buffy's clothes. "Oh... I need to change". Said Buffy. Then she recalled that she nothing to change too. She didn't take anything with her. "Buffy..." said Tom. "It's okay. I don't look that bad... oh, I do! I look like a disaster" said Buffy. "I was on the way to the mall near by to buy some stuff. Why don't you come and buy some outfits?" asked Matt. "I don't have any money. Only few dollars" said Buffy. "Well, it's okay... I can buy it for you" said Matt. Buffy gave him a look "Take it as a loan". "I couldn't..." said Buffy. "It's nothing" said Matt. "Buffy, You need something to wear" said Tom, exchanging looks with Matt. "Oh, you'll do it for me? You don't even know me..." said Buffy. "Yea, but I wanna know you" said Matt.

  "Yes. They decided to shift me to some little city near New-York. They're bringing a new principal. This understanding kind of principal- urgh!" said Snyder and scowl "Well, that's it". He left the library. "Snyder is leaving?!" asked Cordy. "Yes. It says it right here. The new principal would start in few days. He lives in a small town near by- Earstar or something. Never heard of it" said Giles and cleaned his glasses "Well- Snyder is leaving in tomorrow. To get ready for next year or something I guess". "I still don't believe that he suspended Buffy!" said Willow. "We don't believe it too. But it's done. He just gave Buffy another reason to leave" said Giles. "But if there's a new "understanding" principal he'll let Buffy back, won't he?" asked Oz. "I hope so" said Giles. "We'll probably like the new principal" said Cordy, sitting on the counter. "Don't be sure, Cord. Sometimes understanding principals are worse than guys like Snyder"... said Xander.


The Cafetria
Later that day

The gang sat around one of the tables. "I feel like a snack" said Xander and stood up. "I'll come with you" said Oz. "I want two mars" said Xander to the seller. "So, man, how was last night?" asked Oz. "It went... Perfect" said Xander. "So you tow went all the way?" asked Oz. "Yea, man, I'm in the club" said Xander and smiled. Willow looked at them from the table. Then she looked at Cordy. They went all the way... She thought to herself, I could just tell. The sparks, the non-stop smooching.... Xander took the snacks and went with Oz to the table.


Los-Angeles Mall

Buffy and Matt were walking from one store to another changing and buying. "What do you think?" asked Buffy walking out of the dressing room wearing a tight black dress, looking awesome. "Wow!" said Matt. "You think? Oh! look at my hair! It's a disaster!" asked Buffy, looking at the mirror. "You look amazing. Come on, let's go and pay for it" said Matt. "Oh no, I can't. I don't need it. I won't go to parties in a while..." said Buffy and looked at the bags they had ,full of clothes they already bought. "It's too much". "Oh, I wanna buy it for you. You didn't agree to take the rest as a present, but this is". Said Matt and went to the counter and paid for the dress. "Matt..." said Buffy. They left the mall with 10 bags, 2 of them belong to Matt. Buffy bought a 2 dresses, 3 pants, about 6 shirts and one jacket. "Oh god! I'm so... You shouldn't take me to shopping! I'm losing my head!" said Buffy. "It's Ok" said Matt. "It will take me a all year to pay you back..." said Buffy. "I told you. You don't have to pay me back. But then you gave me The look" said Matt. "Well, we bought you nice pants and shirts and the suit looks awesome on you!" said Buffy. "Thanks" said Matt and stared at her with a loving look. Buffy glared at him. "I'm doing it again, uh?" asked Matt. Buffy nodded.


Sunnydale high Halls

Willow was sitting in the class, installing a new program into the computers while the others were learning Math. When she finished, a lot sooner that she thought she will, and left the class. On the stairs sat a beautiful girl with dark black hair and blue cute eyes. "Hey" said Willow. "Oh, hey. Aren't you suppose to be studying now?" asked the girl.. "Yea. But I'm good with computers so I've been asked to install a new program" said Willow and smiled. "Cool" said the girl. "I'm Willow" said Willow. "Joey" said the girl. "Aren't you studying?" asked Willow. "Oh, no, I'm new here. I'm officially starting only next year. I'll be a senior" said Joey. "Oh, so am I. Next year I mean" said Willow. "Cool" said Joey. Willow smiled. "My mom told me to maintain some classes even this year since we moved from New-York before the year was over. But I don't know anyone" said Joey and designed her hair to two little cute pony-tails "And I miss my old guys". "You have such a gorgeous hair, like the one that I always dreamed about. And don't worry. I'll meet you to my gang. I'm sure they're gonna like you and you're gonna like them" said Willow.

Later that day

The gang was moping in the library. "Found it!" said Giles. "Found what?" asked Oz. "Well- here it is- when a demon comes to hell he's there about 100 years" said Giles. "Which means we won't see him in this life" said Cordy. "100 years in hell! Not on earth! That what I'm trying to find out- how long will take till those 100 years will be over, on earth time that is" said Giles. "You mean, after a century in hell he can return to earth?" asked Xander. "Yes, but century in hell is gonna make him pretty disturbed" said Giles. A student entered the library. "But the question is- are you sure that our friendly little vampire demon is going to come back cursed because if not..." said Xander without noticing the student. "Xander!" cough Giles. Xander looked at the student. "Hello, Mr. Giles" said the student. "Hello, Jamie" said Giles. "Oh, so you two know each other. That's nice" said Xander. "Oh, Jamie, this is Xander and that's Oz. And that's Cordelia over there" said Giles. "Nice to meet you all" said Jamie. "This is Jamie. He's making a research on the ancient culture, so he's gonna be here for a while" said Giles and looked at Xander. The gang exchanged looks. "Wow, haven't seen that for a while" said Oz. "Well, this ain't no book store. And if you haven't noticed, we were in the middle of a conversation here. This is isn't Barnes & Noble in here" said Xander. "XANDER!!" yelled Giles. "What? I'm sure there bunch of libraries in Sunnydale" said Xander. "Maybe, but is the school public library, so clam down!" said Giles. "And there isn't any decent library in Sunnydale besides this one. Only a small public one with about 3 books" said Jamie. "So Jamie, what do you need?" asked Giles. "A book by Cornon" said Jamie. Giles went to help him look, leaving his books on the desk. "Mortal hell?" asked Jamie, looking at a book title. "It's a hobby" said Giles. "Giles is loving all this weird stuff" said Xander. "Oh, so am I. Can I look?" said Jamie. "Let's look for you book" said Giles, trying to change the subject.


School Halls

Willow was showing the school to Joey. "Are you sure you don't have to do anything else?" asked Joey. "No, I'll just say the installation took a long time. Unless you don't want me too..." said Willow. "No! you're sweet. I guess I found my first friend in here" said Joey. "Yep" said Willow. "I met the principal. He's... Ugh!" said Joey. "Snyder. He's a small evil troll. But the good news - he's leaving" said Willow. "Oh, really?" asked Joey. "Yep. And we get a new understanding principal" said Willow. Suddenly a dark handsome boy came to them. "Hey" said the boy to Joey. "Hey" said Joey. "Well, I'm staring at you about an hour- thinking what to say... And that's what I say at the end..." said the boy. "I always liked the direct thing" said Joey. "Oh, that's good then. You're new right? I'm Dylan" said the boy. "Joey Taylor" said Joey. "Oh, I'm such an idiot" said Dylan and looked at Willow "I'm sorry. I was so amazed from Joey so I... You're Willow right?" "Yes, that's me" said Willow. "Nice to meet you. Are you guys coming to the Bronze tonight?" asked Dylan. "The Bronze?" asked Joey. "It's a club. The only one worth to go in here. That's where everybody is" said Dylan. "Great" said Joey and looked at Willow "We're going, right?" "Yea, we're going there a lot" said Willow. "Cool" said Joey. "Dylan!!!!" yelled another boy other Boy. Well, I gotta go now. I'll see you tonight then?" asked Dylan. "Of course" said Joey. "He has a crush on you" said Willow to Joey after Dylan left. The bell ringed.


Sunnydale High Cafeteria

The gang was sitting and talking. Willow came in with Joey. "Hi babe" said Oz and kissed her. "Hey Will" said Xander and noticed Joey "Hello!". "Xander!" said Cordy and nudge him. "What?" asked Xander. "You were totally checking her out!" said Cordy quietly. "Guys, this is Joey" said Willow. She Introduce Joey to the gang.  "Joey, that's Xander" said Willow. "Xander Harris, pleased to meet you" said Xander. "Same" said Joey. "And that's Cordy" said Willow. "Cordelia Chase" said Cordy. "And that's Oz, my boyfriend" said willow "He's in a band" "Cool" said Joey. "Hey" said Oz. Joey and Willow sat down. Guys we're going to the Bronze tonight, right?" asked Willow. "Yep" said Xander & Cordy. Um, guys, we can't go to the Bronze tonight. Um, we've got something else to do, remember, guys with pointy teeth " said Oz. "Oh" said Willow. Xander & Cordy. "What?" asked Joey.
