My Review: "Dancin' Homer" is more interesting than funny; it's based on a premise that makes you think "Where did they get this idea, and why did they do it?". It works on a general level, but doesn't go that extra mile that makes an episode a true classic. Best moment: Tony Bennett's "Capital City" bit. (3/5)
