My Review: "Bart Gets Hit By a Car" is a realistic "it's funny 'cause it's true" parable of America's culture of litigation. Lionel Hutz' debut alone makes it worth the price of admission. This episode marks the late Phil Hartman's first appearance on The Simpsons. (4.5/5)
