Not yet formed, but many fans of Mike and Carrie are rooting for them
to be conjoined in the bonds of lust, love, holy matrimony and all that, including myself.
Why should we support the idea of Brady & Horton, Inc.?
There are many reasons, but the ones that I consider the most important are:
- Mike Horton genuinely loves and respects Carrie Brady, and I think she returns the sentiment.
- Mike is considerate of her needs, has never turned his back on her, and is noble enough to sacrifice his feelings for her so that she could be happy with her husband, Austin Reed.
- Carrie does not deserve to be treated like a second class citizen, which has often been the role delegated to her by Austin during the time he thought Will was his son.
- They would make such beautiful babies together!

Pertinent Information influencing the formation of B&H, Inc.:
Carrie's history with Lucas Roberts is of primary importance, as he is the one
who helped her gain her confidence back, and her decline of Lucas' offer initiated
his desire to break up her marriage to Austin. This manueuver reflects on the
nature of Carrie and Austin's relationship during the early years.

I deny the formal existence of the Brady-Reed Merger
due to Duh-Boy's
inability to successfully evade the rather obvious machinations of Carrie's half-sister,
Samantha Brady. This was the foundation of the end of the Brady-Reed Merger.
The Brady-Reed Hostile Takeover

Carrie found out the truth about Sami and Will, and arrived in time to stop
the wedding, but as she reprised her sister's usurpation of her own wedding
she did not stop to wonder if this is what she really wanted.I think that Carrie
has suffered long enough with that millstone, Duh-Boy, draped around her neck.
Everyone thinks Duh-Boy and Carrie belong together, but no one admits the
possibility that Carrie's feelings may have changed in regards to her rash actions.

Lucas and Sami teamed up in an effort to tear apart Carrie and Duh-Boy,
but that failed miserably due to personality conflicts and their baby boy.
This is the source of the beginnings of the Brady-Reed Merger problems.

After the Brady-Roberts Alliance crumbled, the Roberts family (Kate and Lucas)
decided to claim full parental rights for baby William. Sami is resisting all the way
and this has erupted in a mud-slinging court battle because Sami claimed that Lucas
was abusing Will. Austin's willingness to side with Sami and spend inordinate amounts
of time with his nephew while neglecting Carrie has taken its tool on the Brady-Reed Merger.
