CODEX: TECHNOPODS
The Technopods are a race like no other. They are malevolent and unfeeling machine-men who prey on the countless species throughout the galaxy. Originaly created to serve mankind, they turned on their creators and destroyed them, becoming a powerful evil let loose into the galaxy. They will strike without warning, and destroy without mercy or compassion. They even desecrate the bodies of the fallen by replicating their own bio-mechanical
implants into the dead to re-animate them to serve the Overmind as mindless slaves of battle.
