A "Focus" is not sold. "Focus" is a kind of weekly magazine which is published by Shinchosha, a large scale publisher in Japan. It is the oldest one of such graphical magazines and has a large circulation.
It reports a photograph of "Seito Sakakibara" this week. Then most of sellers stops selling it.
In the first place "Focus" is known for stealing a glance at a gossip of politicians and taking its picture. "Focus" has reported photographs in session of a court of a corruption case where reporters are prohibited from taking a picture.
It is just an outlaw.
Juveniles are protected by the Juvenile Act (Japanese word: Shounen Hou) in Japan, why the portrait of the 14-year-old boy is not published. "Focus" broke the law.

The cruel murder case threatened the life of regional people in the following way.
