Comments: Ameria...poor misunderstood Ameria. She seems to be the subject of much senseless bashing for the most idiotic reasons. The number one reason being that she likes Zelgadiss. Think about it...doesn't that sound stupid? Hating an anime character so much for such a stupid little reason. Ok, ok, I can hear it now: "If she's just an anime character, why do you go out of your way to defend her?" People always make shrines for their favorite anime characters; they like the charaters personality and want to show the world the good qualities of a certain character. It seems most people have already pointed out Ameria's bad qualities and never go into the good; I want to show the world my appreciation for the Princess of Saillune. Yes, she is just an anime character, but she isn't as bad as people make her out to be and I'm darn well going to prove it!

Comments: What is wrong with Amelia ? I for one, don't really mind Zel/Lina [but prefers Zel/Amelia] but when they start bashing Amelia for no darn good reason, then I get really pissed off. I mean, please, you hate her just because she's trying to get to Zel ? What the h*** is that ?! And she's clinging to Zel 24/7 ? Hello ?!! I have never see her clings around Zel or say 'I love you' what sort. I tried to watch Slayers very carefully if there's parts where she does clings to Zel.. nada. The Lina/Gourry & Zel/Amelia thing just happens whenever the group splits. (notice that ? ^_~) If you say she is not kawaii.. excuse me ? oh, so now you judge a person by the outside. Anyway if you notice, Amelia's face is quite similar to Lina's. A brat ? Please don't go and just judge like that after you've seen like.. not all of Slayers's episodes. Be open minded.

Why I support Amelia? I don't really like Lina that much. I think 'brats' are a cool essential to anime. [e.g. Usagi, Skuld, Trunks ]. Amelia is damn kawaii and pretty. I love Masami Suzuki's voice. Amelia is a very determined girl. She has great self confidence. She doesn't give a damn what others think of her justice ways. She can handle a big responsibility such as being a diplomat. Tries to protect her friends as much as she can. She has her very own spell, Visufuranku which is quite powerful. Never gives up on her work. When she fails, try, try again. Oh, well.. enough ramblings for today... I shall be back.. (hahaha) !

Comments: I'm sick of all the Amelia bashing!! YES SHE DOES HAVE A CHANCE WITH ZEL. Sorry Lina/Zel fans but..Your wrong. Any true fan knows this. If you saw the Koppii Rezo fight, Hellmaster fight,gaav fight,and the Darkstar fight you know its true. So stop being stupiddd. Amelias a great character. I find her very funny. And come on, who doesn't love that smille face on her pointer finger?

Comments: I don't understand why people hate her so much. 1)She is just so darn cute (ex. the disappearing hand in the door trick at the end of NEXT) 2)She does have a cute voice in Japanese (Absolutely love it "Ano...Lina-san") 3)She is very strong (ex. She says she's fine when Hellmaster smashes her bubble and she is on the brink of death) 4) Also very brave (ex. jumps in front of Zel when he is attacked by Koppi Rezo in the first season) 5)Also very smart (ex. notices the thing between Lina and Gourry and tries to avoid jealousy between them) 6) Very powerful (ex. she can do a Ra-Tilt). Miaka is a character that would seem more likely irritating than Amelia (she always runs off and antagonizes their current predictament in FY) but more people hate Amelia than Miaka (or so it seems!). She wants to be a hero and I admire that. And it makes you laugh at times. This is starting to get long *smacks her hand* I'll go now. Oh yeah and Zel and Amelia are a cute couple (my absolute fav!).

Comments: arrrrrrgghhhh i can't tell you how much i can't stand it when people bash anime characters senselessly and for no reasons... like that retard xellos bashing page.. it makes NO SENSE what so ever. i understand if someone doesn't like ameria or any other character.. but if you'd like to create an anti page then by all means... do so... but at leats have the common decency to actually give REAL reasons on why you don't like this character. things like "they're supid" or "they're idiots" don't cut it... it just shows a lack of intelligence on their part. personally, i like ameria.. she's actually one of my favourite slayers characters besides gourry {{da man}} i mean.. sure she can be agitating, but it's plain to see she means well. she's tried to save zelgadiss, and lina so many times it hurts! as a matter of fact she reminds me a lot of miaka from fushigi yuugi. she's so overly caring and kind that she becomes hard-headed and jumps into things without thinking. but then again.. when a person cares about another don't we all? =) which is why i LOVE ameria.. she's so sweet and caring and i honestly don't see a reason why to hate her so much. i also think her and zel are a PERFECT couple.. if anyone has seen the end of TRY or read up to episode 38 in the manga.. they would know right away of their strong relationship. it's unfortunate however for those who haven't read the manga.. just like lina and gourry, their relationship is more evident and defined in the manga itself. for once, if a person truely dislikes her, i'd like to see a REAL website dedicated to why they dislike her.. insetad of immature flamming. and of course, i'm gonna post up a link right away!

Comments: Ameria, gomen.....I use the Japensse spelling ,is not my favorite charater, but I love her to death..... It is rumored that her mother was killed, but that is more than rumor now. People who have read the manga and books say she was killed with a sword, Ameria's reason for not ever having one. And as for her chest size, wellll, that can be explained by the rumor that Nahga is her older sister Gracia...... When their mom was killed Gracia ran away from home and went rather crazy, one reason why I love these two is because they've been through so much.... You just have to love them...... As for Ameria and Zel as a couple, they're sooo Kawaii, but I'm always scared that Zel will end up hurting her, and I'm scared of that horrid rumor that someone started about them being related. If it's true, when Ameria finds out it's going to break her heart and I can't bare to see something like that..... Other than that I'm all for her and Zel being a pair.... I think they darling together....... And I might I add that you are the first Ameria site I've really liked.... a lot of the other ones anger me because they bash Lina or say horrid things about her, and personally Lina is my favorite character. She's soo self-sacrificing....... How many times has she died for the others....... In Next, when Ameris was hurt Lina cast the Lagna Blade and started coughing up blood, how many friends would do that for you??? Lina nad Ameria are my favs...... truly....... And I love Ameria's justice speeches, I think they're cute, and they're apart of who she is. They reflect her up-bringing and her love for justice most likely derived from watching her mother die....

Comments: I have to say that Amelia is one of my favorite characters and it really bothers that others don't see the positive aspects of her . I think her being the popular target of bashing started with her appearance in the first season of slayers, due to bad casting for her voice with Joani Black(shame on Software Sculptors).Once people actually heard her undubbed voice in the subtitled and fansub versions people started t look at her a little differently. I think a lot of people are coming around to Amelia, especially with pages like PSA and other character shrines that point out her good qualities. And she does have a chance with Zel. They look cute together and the know how to work with each other and they listen to one another. I know there aresome people out there who support Amelia but don't think her and Zel are right for each other (but not many). Overall support for them as a couple is growing as well as support for Amelia. I just hope more people make pages that show her in a positive light.
