• •4900th PMS Squadron and the 4925th Atomic Test Squadron
---- Stationed here for two years and not one picture taken, did not own a camera until I went over seas and picked one up (35mm, 18 bucks) at the exchange on Wake Island nice place to be away from!

Aircraft: Beech C-45 Expeditor (Civ. BeechCraft MDL-18), Curtiss C-46 Pregnant Gooney Bird (AKA Commando), Douglas C-47 Gooney Bird (AKA Skytrain) Civ. DC-3, C-54 Skymaster Civ. DC-4, C118 Liftmaster Civ. DC-6, Fairchild C-119 Flying Baxcar, Lockheed T-33 Advanced Jet Trainer, P-80 Shooting Star, Republic F-84 Thunder Jet, North American F-86-E&D Saber Jet, North American B-25 Mitchell, Martin B-26 Marauder, Boeing B-47 Stratojet, Martin Aircraft Company B-57 (Canberra) Night Intruder, Boeing B-29 Superfortress, KB-29 Tanker, Douglas B-66 Light Bomber, Convair B-58 Hustler and what ever happened to be on the flight line!

• Kadena AFB, Okinawa, Second and Last Duty Station, March 1959 - July 1960
• •18th Armament and Elecrtonics MAINTRON, 18th TAC Fighter Wing
• • •12TFS, 44TFS, 67TFS all three squadrons flew the F-100

Aircraft: North American F-100 Super Saber, Lockheed T-33 Advanced jet Trainer, and just about any other aircraft that flew into Kadena I spent 6 months working transit aircraft 24 on 48 off very good duty work only 10 days a month!

Returned from Kunsan AB (TDY) to spend another 11 months at Kadena AFB then in July 1960 returned to Travis AFB Fairfield, CA for discharge.
