FIRST: A LITTLE OF MY BACKGROUND

I actively traded stocks for my own account for about 3 years. I Participated in the NATIONAL INVESTMENT CHALLENGE (May 1991 510th out of 3,879 Overall and 29th out of 195 in Pennsylvania). I am entered in the On-Line Mutual Fund Challenge (In October 1996 I finished 63rd Overall, 3rd in my State and 14th in my Age Category). I attended the Investment Seminars Inc. Money Shows in Orlando, Las Vegas and San Francisco in 1993. At the Shows, I assisted Mr. Max Ansbacher (author of "The New Options Market"; the Ansbacher Index on CNBC; and, currently, President of Ansbacher Capital Management) with his presentations during his workshops and at his information booth. I am not a Broker and do not want to be a Broker. I use MetaStock for technical analysis.
