1. Title: Web Based Training (WBT)
Duration: Dec 2003 - Till Date
Client: Bank of America, USA
Description: Web Based Training is an efficient, cost-effective, scalable and expandable system for creating and distributing web based training for Bank Of America (BofA) which serves an approximate audience of 12,000 users simultaneously.
The Main objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive learning strategy that helps associates of the LoanSolutions build skills necessary to succeed at any stage of their career (Progressive Learning Guide).
This Project
Educate learners on LoanSolutions process and system.
Develop a comprehensive learning strategy to meet the needs of all associates within LoanSolutions.
Develop a blended learning solution to maximize learning experience for associates.
Direct the learner to procedures available on the LoanSolutions.
There are three roles User, Manager and Administrator. Any associate who wants to learn about LoanSolutions using WBT falls into user role.
Manager role has an additional privilege for generating reports based on different criteria, such as a report for the team Members progress and performance.
Administrator is responsible for managing the WBT application as a whole.
The project also caters with the facility for checking the understanding of an associate after he finishes the training on a particular course.
This is achieved using assessments that associates have to take after the completion of the course.

2. Title: KANA Contact Centre EJB

Description: KANA Contact Centre EJB is Web-architected Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service software that delivers information to customers, partners, suppliers, and staff through a variety of communication channels.
KANA Contact Centre EJB helps customers answer many questions themselves without having to contact a customer service agent, and it helps agents resolve more complex issues efficiently by providing them with access to a knowledge base.
KANA Contact Centre EJB is built upon KANA eCRM Architecture (KANA iCARE), which uses J2EE technology to deliver a scalable, Internet-deployable platform that integrates both internal and external users.
KANA Contact Centre EJB comprises the following primary components:
Content Services: It is the set of shared components and data object models supporting KANA Contact Centre EJB's Knowledge Management component.
Knowledge Management: It is the KANA Contact Centre EJB application. Built upon Content Services, Knowledge Management provides the tools for creating, managing, and presenting content.
Staff members and customers work with the Content Services and Knowledge Management features using the Contact Centre EJB Web sites. Contact Centre EJB includes the following Web sites:
1. The eAgent site supports interactions between a customer and a staff member.
2. The eCustomer site enables customers and partners to request information and assistance, communicate interactively with staff members, update their customer profile information, and personalize their home pages.
3. The KANA Studio site is an integrated development environment for rapidly designing, deploying, and maintaining business objects, workflow processes, business rules, and access permissions.
Each of these Web sites has its own user interface. The Web sites present personalized interfaces and provide an appropriate level of access for each user.
Through these sites, users view and interact with your organization from a perspective that is relevant to their roles.

3. Title: e_Customer Information Management Systems (eCIMS)
Duration: Feb 2002– Feb 2003
Client: ANZ Banking Group, Australia
Description: The system operates as an integrated front-end to all Business Banking applications and functions.
Currently, the system includes the facility to capture, manipulate and maintain information on corporate customer hierarchies, credit facilities requested and extended.
This application is built up on a DNA tier architecture in which UI is a WEB based browser client talking to IIS5.0 WEB Server.
The Business Logic is on the Application Server and database is on the mainframe. The application uses XML and XSL to display the customer group hierarchies in a tree format. The data from the Application Server is sent to the mainframe using IBM MQ.
Accessing the data and updating the data to the database happens through MQ transactions talking to COBOL programs on mainframe.
It also incorporates the Solicitor Property Trust (SPT) product, specifically designed to cater for solicitors servicing the property development market, and the more generic controlled monies product,
which provides additional functionality from SPT (cheque issuing facility). This product is to function within ANZ’s Intranet and Internet environment.

4. Title: GOLD (Globalization of OnLine, Link & Direct)
Duration: Feb 2001 – Jan 2002
Client: ANZ Banking Group, Australia
Description: ANZ Banking Group currently services the cash management needs of small-medium enterprises to Institutional Banking customers via ANZ OnLine (Australia), ANZ Direct (New Zealand) and ANZ Link (International) platforms.
The existing platforms are based on Client Server technology. With the shift in technology to Internet based solutions, the ‘currency’ of existing cash management solutions is eroding.
Project GOLD delivers a Web based version of cash management products which will replace the core cash management functions of the aging ANZ OnLine, LINK and Direct products in the Australian, International and New Zealand markets.
The combined product suite will be used to protect ANZ’s valuable transaction banking business in the Institutional Banking and Corporate market and will satisfy small-medium enterprises simultaneously.
Project GOLD forms a key building block of the Corporate Portal, which ultimately act as a corporate customer gateway to ANZ, and will include the Internet delivery of other services required to meet core and specialized services to ANZ business customers.
I was responsible for the Payments module and lead the development team to build, test and deliver the payments component suit.

5. Title: DUNGEN
Duration: Nov 2000– Jan 2001
Client: Collections Division (SBI Credit Cards/GE Capital, Gurgaon)
Description: The DUNning Letter GENeration application is used to combine any type of "standard" text with unique information listed in a separate file.
This File is created through the same application by picking the data from different tables of a database. User can select the required fields from the different tables of a Database at run time in form of queries.
Each query is assigned a Priority level which is used to maintain Business rules. The File generated is the Fixed Length file. A Different file is also generated which tells about the fields and their respective lengths in the generated file.
A complete trail of selected records is maintained for future use. This basic process is used to create legal documents and letters that are sent to the customers. The application makes use of Application software DOC1.
The application contains a security shell, which allows the administrator to assign rights to individuals for each of the functionality that the application exhibits.

6. Title: MARUTI CRM
Duration: Aug 2000– Oct 2000
Client: Maruti Udyog Limited/GE Capital, Gurgaon
Description: The Maruti Customer Relationship Management application provides an interface through which the call Centre operations can be recorded and maintained.
Using this GUI call Centre employees record customer complaints and their suggestions. The Complaints recorded by the call Centre Employees are mailed to the Dealers automatically.
The GUI is Capable of generating periodic reports based on different criteria such as Dealer Code, Car Model, Date, etc.
At the Day End authorized user can generate the Extracts for Complaints, Suggestions and Prospective customers for selected time period and send the consolidated mail to the Dealers.
The application contains a security shell, which allows the administrator to assign rights to individuals for each of the functionality that the application exhibits.

Description: The application provides MIS functionality to each individual corporate that avails the Corporate Card facility.
The application generates GL-Downloads to be used for Oracle Financials and Payment Downloads.
Process of Uploading and Downloading the files which are to be send to the different corporate is made automatic through this Application.
The application allows the users to view customized reports as well as generate custom reports that are used to track spending done by employees of the corporate.
It is a component-based application. The application contains a security shell, which allows the administrator to assign rights to individuals for each of the functionality that the application exhibits.

8. Title: FIRST FLIGHT SYSTEM

Description: This application generates various Flat Files regarding Statements of Customers for Jet AirWays.
The application generates and keeps the track of Application Numbers received from Jet Airways so as no Duplicate Application Number will be produced.
However the Application is Intelligent to generate the Application Number for the MissPrint. The Redownload option was only given to the authorized person.
The application contains a security shell which allows the administrator to assign rights to individuals for each of the functionality that the application exhibits.
A complete audit trail is maintained for all the transactions by the help of a COM component. The system allows Users to Generate Periodic Reports.

Description: An application to monitor the marketing expenses of G E Capital ( GEC ). The application is based on 3-tier model whereby the middle tier consists of COM components that act like intelligent data sources.
The application contains a security shell which allows the administrator to assign rights to individuals for each of the functionality that the application exhibits. A complete audit trail is maintained for all the transactions by the help of a COM component.
The application allows a user to execute flexible queries and generate periodic reports.

1. Title: SHORTEST PATH SIMULATOR
Duration: Feb 1999– May1999
Client: College Project
Description: A Simulation Package written in ‘C’ which provides a Graphical User Interface to create a Connected Directed Graph, assign different weights to the edges and to Calculate Shortest Distance between two nodes.
User can create new Graph, Modify Existing Graph and Save Graph. The Simulator is based on CPM/PERT management tools. The project was also used to calculate the longest distance and alternate path, if any.
