Copyright Issues

I've designed this site to help Harry Potter fans study comments made in public by JK Rowling. When at all possible, I do this by linking directly to the sites belonging to owners of the interviews in question.

However, this doesn't always work out. Articles on websites aren't very good at staying put - sometimes they get shifted to other addresses, other times they disappear for good. For this reason I keep private archives of all the pages  linked on this site. When any given link goes dead, I will try to re-locate the page in question; if this fails, I will host an archive copy of the interview in question until I can locate a copy on the owner's server - or realize that the owner does not want the article to remain accessible to the general (non-paying) public.

This solution is not ideal, but I'm doing the best I can. Should the owners of the rights to any given article or interview feel that their copyright has been violated by any page hosted on this site, I will remove the material immediately. If the owners of the rights to any given article or interview hosted on another site feel that the other site has violated their copyright, I will also remove the link.
