Reboots The PCs I used have never rebooted during my use of a web logger. And I started using the logger on 15 Jan 07. I fequently save the logger file to my usb flash drive. And if ever a PC were to reboot or freeze up when I'm using the logger then I'll manually list my net activity for the time lost after the last save. A manually entered list won't be very complete since I'd have to go by memory. But at least it will be about as informative as previous manually made lists. But a reboot hasn't happened yet, not even a PC freeze up during a logger recording. I'll tell you guys when it happens. And again I'll manually create a log for the lost time. One of the reasons why a PC hasn't frozen up on me while using the logger is because using the logger encourages me to stick to mostly mainstream sites. I would feel embarrassed to have lots of shady sites recorded. And if I went to shady sites a lot then freeze ups would have happened by now. I know Googling can increase the chance of inadvertently hitting a shady site. I've been lucky with that so far. Of course freeze ups and reboots can occur from network issues or library net maintenance. I've simply been lucky no maintenance reboots happened while logging. Not that it's any big deal. It would just be a little annoying to have to manually make a web log for any unsaved logger time. ____________________ 30 Jan 07 Web activity To see today's web records of me click here. ____________________ 29 Jan 07 Websites Note: Today's HsLab logger log is off by one date because the PC here at USD has its date set incorrectly at 30 Jan 07. The log below is really for today 29 Jan 07. I checked about the other PCs at the library and most of them apparently have the correct date. But not the one I used. Today's web activity of me is found by clicking here. ____________________ 27 Jan 07 Websites and email This morning at the USD law library I went online. Here there's no way to save a manually typed file to a usb drive, or to any drive or to send it to email. Unless using a laptop. So I couldn't copy and paste the urls for a web log. And so no way to use a web logger either. So the sites I visited were Tessource.net, Yahoo, Google, Rage3D.com and some others relating to games, news and Ftp I don't recall offhand. Then later I went to the main library at SDSU: Click here for my web records, from SDSU. ____________________ 26 Jan 07 Websites For my day's web log click here. ____________________ 24 Jan 07 Websites and email I removed today's web logger records I posted earlier because an email address I used had my name in it. Sorry about that. I didn't realize the HsLab logger would list my email address and I didn't check it before I sent the file. And I don't want even the appearance of editing any of the HsLab logger logs. So it's better I remove the whole logger record than edit out my email records. The log was up here for about seven hours but I doubt anyone but you guys saw it. And you guys know my name anyway. I added these comments and drove to Kinko's at around 7 pm tonight to remove today's logger records and replace it with these paragraphs. Yes you guys saw a rare night time outdoor appearance of me. But I had to get rid of the logger file soon. I only went to Geocities and Kinko's home page when I uploaded today's changes at Kinko's tonight. I'm not keeping a copy of today's HsLab log, it's deleted from all locations including from this site's directories. So for a general list of sites and web activity that was in the logger for today: I went to Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Rage3D.com, Yahoo where I emailed my dad about a shopping schedule, Google and a couple other sites relating to news and gaming. All from the USD Copley library. And from now on I'll use an email address that doesn't have my name in it. I realize another site of mine, TalkingToYourself.com, has my name and address in a public web location within the Yahoo Small Business websites. I probably should pay an extra $5 or so a month to remove my name from public view, even though it remains in a web directory. But I think I'll leave it the way it is because it's unlikely someone other than you guys is going to care enough about that site in the near future to dig into the public information of Yahoo Small Business. And less likely to call me up, email me or write to me about it. Unless you guys make this whole thing public. Again only if you guys do that first then I would make that site and the All You Guys site public. ____________________ 23 Jan 07 Websites For my web logs: click here. It appears the origin of web activity can be determined from the logger records. So there's no need anymore for me to comment on where I'm posting from except if I've manually created a web log. And I added a comment about it near the top of the home page in the introduction section. Also today I mistakenly posted from Mesa College as Spencer at the Rage3D.com forums, twice. So I just deleted both messages from the Rage3D.com forum. I'm trying to remember to post as Spencer only from USD and SDSU for the reasons given in 14 Jan 07 comments. ____________________ 22 Jan 07 Websites For my web logs, from UCSD, in the morning, click here. Again UCSD library PCs don't allow outside programs to run, so no website logger post, just the manually entered sites above. And it turns out it's no fun copying and pasting urls into Notepad to post here. So I won't be coming to UCSD as often anymore. If you notice the late hours in the log, the UCSD main library is open to 2 am Sunday through Thursday this semester with holiday exceptions. ____________________ 21 Jan 07 Websites Click here for my web log - part 1, from UCSD, morning. UCSD libraries don't allow virtually any outside programs to run on their PCs. So I can't use the web logger. And they don't allow exporting internet Favorites. So I copy and paste urls into a html file when using the net at UCSD. I spent most of the half hour figuring out how to quickly copy & paste urls in html code in Notepad. Click here for my web log - part 2, from SDSU. Websites and web security I have to take restroom breaks of course during a very long continuous logger report like the one just above. And I have security in mind. I don't want anyone to find out about this site except you guys. Unless you bring it all out in public as I've said. The site is visible on screen sometimes for me to work on it. And someone could see it and look it up later. But it's not likely. But more importantly are my files. So during the logger activity above before I went to the restroom, which was three times, I logged off all websites, closed all windows, cleared history and took my usb flash drive with me. And I also took with me written passwords and notes about this site and others. Also to help keep anyone from using the PC I keep some things by the PC like my jacket and some folders. I didn't reboot today for the reason explained below. I should have rebooted during the five minute breaks but I didn't in this case because I wanted to keep the whole log continuous. But in the near future I will resume rebooting the PCs every single time I leave them. Which is what I do all the time until today. I just want to do a few very lengthy logs to see how long they can go, how big the file is and because it's less hassle than having several parts to the log. I don't think the logger files can be appended by the logger program after a reboot. I've never edited any of the generated logger reports and I don't intend to. Sometimes the date of the logger logs may change if I resend all the files to this site. But I haven't changed or appended any of the logger files from HsLab logger or any other software logger. ____________________ 20 Jan 07 Websites Click here for my web activity log. Also earlier today in the morning I went online at my dad's apartment. I fixed his PC to correct a boot up problem. And in order to get files to fix it and test his internet functions I visited Cnet, Google, Cnn, MsNbc, and a few other tech and news related sites. I could have bookmarked each site I went to and then exported the favorites list to a saved file to post here. But I was in a hurry to fix his PC. It looks like there's no need for me to say what name I use to post in a web forum. The logger displays the full url for my posts in net forums. And to see my posting names you guys can copy those urls into a web browser. I added a note about this in the introduction portion near the top of the home page. ____________________ 19 Jan 07 Websites Today's web activity by me: click here. In the log "domeuser" is the library at SDSU. Part of the activity was me posting as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums. I'm putting in this manual entry for going on Geocities.com early this morning at Kinko's in La Jolla to update this site. It was to fix reporting errors in yesterday's entry. And for any spelling errors found for the last few weeks. And also went to Geocities again at around 12:45 pm at another part of the SDSU library to upload today's web logs. The following website usage is posted a day late: at about 4 pm I went to varioius websites at the San Diego City Library at Scripps Ranch. I searched Google for other web logger software to track my net use, went to Cnet.com, Yahoo and Yahoo Finance. I haven't yet figured out a way to use a website logger at SD City libraries. To track me, not anyone else. So I put in this manual entry for today. Loggers: tracking me not you guys I'm using the website logger to track only my net use. I have no idea if it tracks you guys or anyone else who may be monitoring a PC I'm using. And I don't have a lot of knowledge of how to use loggers to detect if anyone is tracking my net use. I suppose I could learn how on the net but I don't have any plans to do so. I'm much more interested in a quick easy way to post my net activity here. And also I'm waiting to see if you guys will step up your harrassment. Also shown is the downloading of a mod (update) for the pc game Oblivion at Tessource.net. Concerning file transfers, you guys can see near the end of the part 1 log how I'm using Ftp to send files to this All You Guys site. That was at the Continuing Education classroom at Miramar College. Sorry I said it was Mesa College earlier. I was at Miramar College today. But Ftp won't install at the main library at Miramar College where I went on the net during part 2. And Geocities free file transfer doesn't work there either. So I uploaded part 2 at Kinko's. But there's no logger record for my net use at Kinko's because they don't allow programs in general to be installed on their web PCs. So I can't use my net logger there. That's why this manual entry is here for Kinko's. I also changed the music on this site so that all of it is from the Oblivion pc game. Yesterday I posted by mistake to Rage3D.com as Spencer from Mesa College. I don't intend to do that from Mesa College for reasons spelled out in the 14 Jan 07 entry. But that one time yesterday is probably not a big deal. I still plan to post as Spencer only from USD and possibly from SDSU. I don't have very much posting activity from SDSU, not anywhere near the amount I have at the SDCCD system and UCSD. So I think I'll start posting as Spencer from SDSU. One more additonal note, a day late, many of the PCs in the main library at Miramar College have the wrong time. Off by one hour, they never reset after daylight savings time way back in Oct 2006. So the times in part 2 above are ahead by one hour. Just great. And wouldn't that be a neat trick for the logger to show me at Miramar College at 2 pm today when you guys may have tracked my car somewhere near Balboa Ave & Route 15 at 2 pm. Which is about where I was on my mail route at that time. Or certainly in that area of Kearny Mesa, not in the Miramar College area. Again sorry for the error saying I was at Mesa College today. It's been corrected to Miramar College. Yesterday I was at Mesa College. I've been driving all over the place the last two weeks to get on the net and I got the colleges mixed up as I was typing the entries in notepad today. ____________________ 17 Jan 07 Websites Click here for my web activity log for today. There's no need for me to say where I'm posting from today because it's in today's logger records. But anyway it's the main library at Mesa College. And I used the Ftp program WsFtp to send today's entry to this All You Guys site. ____________________ 16 Jan 07 Websites Here's my logged net activity for today: Click here for today's web activity, from USD Again the logger software is not a key logger. It's a web activity logger that gives a description of each website visited without giving the full url in most cases. But man those descriptions of the web forum threads. Like at Rage3D.com forums. I couldn't view some of those thread topics with the racy language in the titles because it would have been logged. So having this logger running is affecting what I look at. I realize you guys all along can simply view the forum material on your own. But still it would be embarrassing for me if you guys saw nasty words in the logger descriptions of forum thread titles. But it's no great loss to me I think, because there's plenty else to browse at Rage3D and the other sites. And as you can see the logger records show where I've been in the PC and usb flash drive directories and menus. And I posted a few times as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums. All from USD today. Oh, after reading my own logger I forgot that I posted in Elderscrolls.com today as Klash27. The logger apparently does not record forum user names. But it says if I posted a reply in a forum by saying "reply" or "replying". ____________________ 15 Jan 07 Websites with a logger I finally started using a web actvitiy logger to record some of my net activity. And I added a paragraph about it near the top of the home page of this site. I don't think the HsLab logger I'm using will harm any public computers, and I run it from my usb flash drive which helps reduce trouble for the PCs. It's not a key logger. So I won't be displaying private information about library PCs that a key logger may happen to pick up. And that way you guys won't be tempted to use any of my passwords that a key logger would record. And you LE guys may not be allowed to gather passwords from public libraries. You may already have mine from when I used the web at home up until around half a year ago, oh well. And if any of you guys are using the same brand logger it's only a coincidence. The logger I use doesn't always record the full urls but it gives a good descriptive entry for each site. As well as record all the other stuff I do on a PC like go into my usb flash drive or go into the start menu, etc. So it makes me watch what I do more carefully. The descriptive nature of the logger entries for websites serves as comments about the sites I visit. So most of the time I don't have to comment separately on the sites I go to. Sometimes I will comment about them on my own if there's something in particular that needs to be addressed. And email destinations and subject matter need to be mentioned separately since they are not listed in the HsLab logger. Logger software can't be run on some library computers like those at UCSD, a different university than USD. So I'll still have to type out website records sometimes. Below is the log for part of my use of the web today with the name of the library I used at USD. The logger record is short because I ran out of time trying to get the logger running correctly before the library closed at 2100 today. In the future the logger list will sometimes be very much longer. Click here for a partial list of my web activity today. More websites Continuing with today's sites, before today's HsLab logger activity I went to the same sites listed in the HsLab logs but did so earlier in the day from the same library. And also went to numerous other sites like Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Yahoo and various sites when Googling different topics. Also Cnet.com, Beyond3D.com and HardOCP.com. And after the web logger entries I again went to the same sites listed in the logger but from a different library, the main one at UCSD. And I continued again going to most of the remainder of the same sites I had visited earlier today. ____________________ 14 Jan 07 Websites I resumed posting as Klash27 in the forums of Elderscrolls.com. I know that means I have two forum accounts there, the other one being Elkatar. I don't think it's that big of a deal there. But yesterday I mistakenly posted as Elkatar from the same college as I post from as Spencer. The Elkatar post was at Tessource.net, a closely related site to Elderscrolls.com. And of course my Spencer posts are to Rage3D.com And because I post a lot as Elkatar and MTSoul from the same PCs at UCSD and Miramar College, then someone may notice Elkatar and Spencer posts are coming from the same place at another college. Especially if forum admins are tracking the IPs and MAC numbers. And so a link could be established that Spencer, MTSoul and Elkatar are from the same person. That's all by IP tracking and never having to see me personally at one of the PCs. And it could raise suspicions and prove that I have two accounts at Rage3D.com. Which of course is true, I post there as Spencer and MTSoul as I've said. I'm still trying to hide that fact from everyone else except for you guys. Because as I've said forum admins tend to ban multiple accounts from one person. And so I created a new posting account under the name Spartacle in Tessource.net for that reason, to hide that I have two or more accounts at Rage3D.com. So now I'll post from one college as Spartacle, Klash27 and Spencer. And from other colleges like UCSD and Mesa College I'll continue posting as MTSoul and Elkatar. I also made a few posts today at Tessource.net as Spartacle. And I downloaded some Oblivion pc game additions from Tessource.net. Also at Rage3D.com forums an admin replied in the Feedback forum to my post yesterday. I asked how older posts of years ago can be viewed. And the replies were that it's possible for me to do it, not just admins. But I didn't understand how it was explained and I still can't go back past one year. Maybe I'll ask them again later in the forum how to do it. I also visited Yahoo and did some Googling on the proposed US border fence. And I used the fence info to post in the political forum on Rage3D. A note about finding my posts in Rage3D.com mentioned above. It turns out it's easy to locate the old posts. See yesterday's records for more details on this. The snow You guys have a chance to see the snow in the mountains in the county. Snow level is coming down to 1500 feet this weekend and you have through tomorrow for the weekend holiday to see it. Some of you guys may be from around the country where you miss the snow so this will be the best time or only time to see it again this winter around here. The additonal comments I added a lot of comments a day late for today's logs. Most of the additonal things were about multiple accounts at web forums. ____________________ 13 Jan 07 Websites and You Guys I went to Rage3D.com and posted as Spencer in the off topic, gaming and political forums there. I have a lot of posts as Spencer, almost 1200 since 2002. And I'm not sure how I can check out some of those older posts. The search feature on the Rage3D forums doesn't go back more than a year. But I thought I posted as Spencer in March or April of last year. For some reason, possibly my Spencer account being inactive in the second half of last year, the search won't list my posts from 2005 and earlier. And if you guys want to see any of the posts going back to 2002 - 2005 you may have to get a court order unless the Rage3D admins let you see the posts on request. Nothing out of the ordinary about my posts as Spencer. But some of you guys who came onto this case later just a couple years ago will probably doubt the posts are ordinary and try to make something out of them. So you guys who haven't seen the old Spencer posts will think ah there must be a pattern of foul play in his posts and you'll try to gain access to them. The LE who were living next door to me for 4 years or so may just now be finding out I have nearly 1200 posts as Spencer going back 5 years. They probably weren't even aware of this case until a couple years ago or even just one year ago. So they'll be wondering what in the heck I did post about for over 1000 times on forums of one site? And they may be eager to try to establish some ill pattern in all those posts. There is no ill pattern or foul play pattern to the posts. Like I said when you see them, if you can, the posts are not out of the ordinary. But you guys may want to be careful about a court order to see all the posts. I wouldn't object, you guys probably have plenty of court orders concerning me anyway. But the Rage3D admins may bring this whole thing out in the open if you present them with a court order. Maybe you already have contacted them and things still remain low profile. I can't be sure if you've talked to them of course. Today I also visited Yahoo, Google and 3DGamers.com. And checked out more Oblivion pc game additions over at Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com. I'm adding the following two paragraphs about two weeks late: Never mind what I said about difficulty in finding my posts as Spencer. You can search the Spencer posts going all the way back in Rage3D.com. Use the general search box that first comes up, it works fine and goes back for years. I'm not sure if the general search box worked all along or if it was down when I first posted today's logs. If it was working then the court order part must have sounded goofy especially if you guys already used the general search box. I don't bother to edit out silly portions of this site. And I've never made any significant edits to the content. That's because a copy of the original posts are probably stashed in a database somewhere in Yahoo. Or you guys may have early copies. I almost forgot about listing all those other sites I went to today searching for info for posts I made at Rage3D.com forums. Like a USAToday site and numerous other sites I got from Googling about political parties, Lynndie England who's in San Diego, and other forum topics. Without a url logger I won't be able to list all the sites when posting a lot in net forums. But as I said earlier installing url loggers on library PCs could harm the machines. So I'll try figure out, with no guarantees, another method for a more complete and accurate way to list sites I visit. ____________________ 12 Jan 07 Websites I did some more posting as Spencer in the forums of Rage3D.com. Again I have no intention of even remotely mentioning this All You Guys site at Rage3D or anywhere else on the net or in real life, except here at the site itself for you guys to observe. But of course if you guys go public with this whole surveillance thing or prosecute me for anything then I'll make this site public. As well as my TalkingToYourself.com site. Today I also went to Google, Yahoo and 3DGamers.com. My curtains, my lights, my rooms and detection rays again You guys what's the point of me shutting my curtains at night or closing interior doors to prevent you guys from seeing me? Or to prevent you guys from seeing if the lights are turned on in there? I mean you guys may be using infrared scopes or sensors so you can see where I am in the condo. I close the curtains or subdue lights mainly for privacy from anyone in the general population who is passing by on the walkways. I said bedrooms, yes it's plural, I have two bedrooms as you know it's a two bedroom condo. So lots of space for me in there considering it has a living room, kitchen, two full baths and the patio. I'm grateful that I have all this to myself and all the privacy that comes with it. Other neighbors have to share condos with family members and that can lead to some friction. Wait, you noticed I said I have privacy. Not really, just exaggerating. I know you guys are watching, walking and driving where I'm at sometimes. Er, all the time since you probably have shifts. Considering all the space I have to roam around in the condo, it's no surprise you guys may use infrared detection to keep track of where I am inside there. One of the bedrooms is more like a computer room where my PC is. But it's still a functional bedroom like the larger bedroom. You guys ought to know about the computer room. I mean you're only a few inches away from it. This is becoming 90% spy blogs and 10% website logging again. I didn't say it would be perfect. I'll try to get back on track with having most of this site be about recording and commenting on websites I visit and my other net activity. An option Just one option I'd like to throw out there. How about if your guys' rich members (or the government) keep paying an annual salary to you guys who are in the surrounding condos for life? That way I keep living here under surveillance into my nineties. And you guys on into your eighties and a few into your nineties. Just an idea I could live with. But a few of you guys in the condos are already in your seventies or eighties. They will do fine some way. Because...don't you guys know I realize if I move you guys will have it much easier to escalate the harrassment and get away with it? Look don't you see, you must know like I've said or implied 4 or 5 times on this site if I stay in the condo it will look like you guys have been following me around for 5 years or so. That could make you guys look bad as I've said. And if the harrassment really escalates against me while I'm still living here then you guys could get caught for it. If on the other hand I move out like you guys want then I'm an easier target. And again it could be a lot easier for you guys to get away with it. In other words your clients, who are also you guys, probably told you guys to just get him to move outta there. But me moving out, even though I'd love to get out of here, would be setting myself up for ... a really big escalation in the harrassment against me. No thanks, I'm staying here. I've known this for years. And I know I wait for weeks to mention things like this to you guys. Look at the low key way this site got started. Sorry for any irritation the delays caused. And there may be an annoying delay in daily updates here because I don't post it immediately sometimes. It can take hours or a day late. Of course it's because I pulled the plug on the net here at the condo months ago. And I don't have mobile wireless web although that may be something to consider later on. But I prefer now to use public PCs even though you guys usually know which ones I use. To be fair about all this there may be another reason for the surveillance. I know you guys may be using the harrassment to get me to complain to the police or to the judicial system. Even though some of you guys are the police. Then if I try to file a lawsuit against you then you guys could try to come out against me with tapes of me talking to myself in my room or my web posts of the past. I doubt if they will stick in a countersuit you could file against me. That won't work. But another countersuit filed by you guys could work. I don't plan on complaining against you guys. The reason I don't is you guys could deny spying in a countersuit and it could have a chance of winning. I would probably win, don't get me wrong. But you could win if my proof of your harrassment wasn't strong enough. That way I would look bad by being accused of making false complaints. Not that they would be false as far as truth is concerned. And I thank goodness if there's a judge who approved the wiretaps and surveillance. Because if it wasn't for him or her then a really, really big escalation of your guys' harrassment of me in the future would be...easy. As in easy to get away with. Don't get upset reading this you guys. Get a salary for life. I guess this is where you guys have your law guys look at this section to see if it has any merit. ____________________ 11 Jan 07 Websites I posted at Rage3D.com forums as Spencer. Searched Google for "spencer" and "elderscrolls". Went to Yahoo and Yahoo finance also today. And visited GamersHell.com and a couple other sites in an attempt to find a fast download for the pc game demo Tarr Chronicles again. I just Googled "mtsoul" and there are about 800 entries. I still doubt that anyone would find this site in there. And other people have the MTSoul web name besides me where I use it in Rage3D.com forums as I've said. ____________________ 10 Jan 07 Websites, email and librarys I'm posting as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums today, a site for ATI/AMD fans. ATI makes PC video cards and other PC components. Since I already post there as MTSoul I could get both accounts banned by the Rage3D forum admins. But it's not illegal and not really that big of a deal. Rage3D won't find out unless you guys tell them because the library I use for Spencer posts is on a different network than UCSD campuses, SDCCD campuses, SDSU campuses and SD City libraries. And before today I don't think I've ever posted from this library to Rage3D.com or any sites with strong references to them. And I doubt you'll bother to give Rage3D any proof that I have two or more user names in their forums. You can easily find the library and me in it where I post as Spencer. But I don't think you guys will present all those details to Rage3D like the library's location and my name and risk getting them involved with this whole thing. I also resumed posting as Trevory in the Hannity.com forums, a political site. I also went to Google, Yahoo, GamersHell.com and 3DGamers.com. No time for Tessource.net or Elderscrolls.com today. I forgot to list that I emailed my dad today from Yahoo email. I'm not much for emailing anyone these days. Also I meant to add that anyone searching the net on Google or any search engine for "spencer" is not likely to find this site. For one thing Spencer is a common name and the list of results for it is long in Google, as in over 50 million. The same argument could be used when searching for "elderscrolls" which is named on this site a lot. It has over 400,000 results in a Google search. So mentioning Spencer on this site is not going to make it very much more risky to expose this All You Guys site. Again this site is not posted or referenced anywhere else beyond its url address that I know of. ____________________ 9 Jan 07 Websites Visited Yahoo, Google and Tessource.net. Also used Geocites.com to set up Ftp software to update the All You Guys site. That way I don't always have to use the Geocities built in file transfer program. Maybe not all college library PCs will allow Ftp to be used but the ones at the San Diego Community College District allow it. At least at Miramar College. I'm also Googling for url recording software for me, not for anyone else. That way I can have an automated way to track all the website addresses I visit. And so it should be easier to post them at this site. After checking out some url loggers I figure it's too much trouble for the PCs at libraries to have files installed on them every time I want to record my net activity. That is it may damage the library PCs. And in turn I could get in trouble. Instead I could cut and paste most or all of the urls into a file to get posted here. Not starting today, maybe in a few days. For now I'll just keep it the way it is by memory or joting down a list. And then posting them under the "Websites" heading. Speaking of Miramar College You guys may notice I go to the little Continuing Education learning center near the main Miramar College library. You guys probably have not sent anyone to follow me in there because as you know you guys would have to register to be in that classroom. Which means giving your name and address. And if you gave a phony address the California state education officials may inquire to you guys about that. And if you guys use real information on the forms, well then maybe you've already been in here with me. But I'm not so sure you want your guys using real addresses to get into a classroom where I am. You guys are able to come into the main Miramar College library anonymously to watch me and even sit down next to me. But looks like it's too risky for you to try that at the learning center. At least I don't know of any of you guys trying it. I happen to be typing this in that little learning center. And I'm about to Ftp this entry to the All You Guys site. The Geocities free file transfer program is not accessible at the Miramar College library or many of the PCs at the Mesa College library. Miramar College and You Guys It must be a little unsettling to you guys that I go on the net here at Miramar College. Because the police academy and lots of LE are here on the campus. So no wonder you guys may have sent in some of your guys to watch me in the main library here. I don't plan on going to it except for one day a week. And that's enough. Because it probably bothers you guys that I come here considering you guys are probably LE. And also I get tired of the same library employees saying hi to me. I don't think I feel easy about becoming a regular at this library . Talking with my dad You guys may have been listening to my phone calls to my dad. Sometimes he asks me what's new for the day. And when I tell him nothing much is going on, that must be ironic as heck to you guys. And probably hilarious since he doesn't know about the surveillance or he's denying it to me. ____________________ 8 Jan 07 Websites This morning I went to Google and Yahoo. Also Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com where I browsed for any responses to my posts yesterday at those two sites. And I applied online for a driving job at Fedex.com and Ups.com. ____________________ 7 Jan 07 Websites So far this morning I've been to Google, Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com. We'll see how many hours I can spend on the last two sites. The Oblivion pc game, which those two sites are devoted to, still keeps me occupied even with all this web time available today at a college library. I'll probably go to other sites later today and I'll post again as I do. As I've said before I don't list the home pages of college libraries which are already up on many of the net PCs in various colleges. Not because you guys can find the colleges I go to, you guys know that already on the same day. It's simply too repetitious to list a default college home page that's almost always up when first using one of their web PCs. Very brief visits to websites You guys may have noticed on some days the time I spend on sites is just a few seconds. Except for this one (the All You Guys site) which is often up in the background while I'm on the net. And this is assuming you guys can tell for how long a site has been viewed. The reason for the occassional short visits to Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, 3DGamers.com and some others is sometimes I don't have time to browse much. So the only time I have some days is to get this All You Guys site updated with comments about you guys. But in that situation at least I visit my regular sites if only for a couple seconds or so. On days like today I have lots of time to spend online so as you may be able to tell I've been on Tessource.net for hours. Are you guys noticing I'm making spelling, grammar and content corrections as you're viewing this site? Well, afterall you guys are the masters of real time surveillance. Back on the Oblivion websites As the day wears on I've been making several posts as Elkatar in the Oblivion pc game forums of Elderscrolls.com. And a few posts under the same name in the mod comments area on Tessource.net. More websites At GamersHell.com I downloaded the Tarr Chronicles pc game demo. The download speed here at a library for that was really fast, over 3 MB per second so it took only a few minutes to download the 400 MB file. And at MegaGames.com downloaded another pc game demo, Road Trip 2KX, a road touring driving simulation. On AmericasArmy.com I read the forums to see how the latest version 2.8 was being received in user reviews. That's an update for the pc game America's Army. I only play it in its offline mode at home, occassionally. And I posted as MTSoul at the Rage3D.com gaming and political forums. And speaking of playing these games like America's Army and the rest, they have fighting but I avoid it when I play in singleplayer mode. I'm interested in the exploration portion of pc games. So I use code commands to disable the fighting if possible. Or do some occassional fighting in a game to order to get to places where violence in the game is no longer required. And then save the game in the non fighting areas so I won't have to fight again to get to the non violent places. All this is not new for me, I've been playing pc games this way for years as far as singleplayer. This can be verified by reading my posts as Spencer in the gaming forums of Rage3D.com going back five years there. The exception to that is I know you guys probably know I played America's Army and Guild Wars online at the condo all those days up until 28 Aug 06. And yes there was a lot of fighting in those games online. But I haven't been online at home since that day as you guys know. And I don't play online games away from my home either. Well I just noticed that the title at the top of the webpage window for the All You Guys site and all of these sites here at the library says "provided by UCSD Libraries" at the end. You guys probably know that anyway, but now that the library name is even more out in the open, I'm at a UCSD library right now. And being at this hour at almost 2300, you guys can narrow it down. Well there are 3 libraries maybe a fourth open now at about 2300 hours at the UCSD campus. All with web PCs I can use. But no bother, you guys know which library it is from simple monitoring. And of course you guys have to be a goverment agency to get permission to do that. But that's nothing new on this All You Guys site. ____________________ 6 Jan 07 Websites I went to Yahoo, Google, Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, 3DGamers.com and Rage3D.com today. My daily newspaper and cameras You know it must seen odd to you guys that I wear a dress shirt to pick up my newspaper from the porch at 5:30 am or when it's still dark. Well it's you guys that may have a camera trained on the front door. So I'm not showing up in a t-shirt. ____________________ 4 Jan 07 Websites and paragraphs I went to Yahoo to see what Google stock was doing. I reported in error that I went to Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com today, but I don't think I did. I divided some of the longer paragraphs in this site into smaller ones for easier reading. In doing so I made a few grammar corrections and some slight rewording. But no significant changes in content. It finally dawned on me that when I added the headings in red it's ok to divide big paragraphs underneath into multiple ones. Because the smaller paragraphs will still be under one heading and thus related to each other. That's elementary and I should have done this from the start. ____________________ 3 Jan 07 Websites Sites I browsed were Elderscrolls.com, Tessource.net, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. I added headings to some of the paragraphs in the logs. The sub titles are quick reference points and it helps to make the entries more readable. Also I realize it can take a minute to load the pages the first time because of the music. But I see that you guys and I can still scroll through the pages while a song loads. So I'll leave in the music for now. Short web records, long spy blogs It looks like most of this site is spy blogs compared to records of websites I visit and other net use. As said before it is hoped that the spy comments will make the site more interesting. But several paragraphs on surveillance can be too much. So they will probably be shorter from now on. On the other hand some people may want more spy stories. But I don't plan on having the public be the judge of that unless you guys do. As I've said this site is not advertised or linked anywhere. That will happen only if you guys go public with all this. This morning in the area That is in the neighborhood where I live and where you guys live too. There was a brown Mercedes behind me for a little ways as I was driving west away from the condo. I took a sharp right turn into a parking lot a few seconds after I recognized the car in my mirror. That car has driven by my car before. But the lady driving does not seem very aggressive. So I'm not sure if the car is your guys' vehicle. As I implied she is kind of laid back in movement with the car over the past few weeks. So I just don't know if she is one of you guys. I'm not being evasive, I really don't know if the car is from you guys. The music The music on the site is so nice it can evoke sentimental feelings. No wonder it won awards like I mentioned a couple days or so ago. It seems out of place, so peaceful compared to the conflict between me and you guys. I should probably take down the music for that reason. But I guess I'll leave it up for now even though it may sometimes cause emotions. And this finishes another spy blog. ____________________ 2 Jan 07 Websites Today I visited Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. Yesterday the music files I put on this site's log webpages were too big and the pages took too long to load. Now it's a third to less than half the time as before for load times. The music You guys may think the music is too grand for a lousy site like this. The Oblivion pc game music has won awards within the last year. But the game has been mentioned on this site enough times so I'll keep the music for now. Return of Spencer and Trevory I may post as Spencer again at Rage3D.com forums. And I may return to posting as Trevory in the forums of Hannity.com. You guys probably know those user names of mine from monitoring my web postings of a few years ago. I don't want Rage3D.com to find out I have two (or more) login names. They could cancel both if they find out. Not worried that you guys will find out that, you guys already know. I'm also MTSoul in the Rage3D.com forums as I mentioned here some days ago. Duplicate user names Although Dsl, TI or T3 net PCs at libraries have IP numbers that change, the MAC numbers may be the same in each computer. So I think forum administrators may be able to ping or somehow detect MAC #s. And of course if they are the same for two different forum user names then that's a sign they could be from the same person. Having duplicate login names for one person is not allowed at most forums. Different family members could be posting in a forum from the same pc. But in my case two login names at Rage3D.com may not work out from the libraries' PCs. But I won't have that problem in Hannity.com forums because I only posted once or twice under another name besides Trevory. And it's unlikely I'll post any more to their forums from the one or two PCs I used for the other name. Since I started this website and it's all out in the open to you guys, I may as well try going back to using those two older login names. ____________________ 1 Jan 07 Websites and music I added music to the log webpages on this site. The music is from the pc game Oblivion. Also today I browsed Elderscrolls.com, Tessource.net, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. And paid for the net access to do so here at a Kinkos because all the libraries are closed for the day. Responding to surveillance A couple days ago on 30 Dec 06 in the daytime I drove my car 2 or 3 times in a row past an area next to my condo. I backed up with the car for part of each time in the same part of the lot. That's not a big deal although it may have been a little annoying and I'm sorry for that if it was to any of you guys. But it's ok to be backing up a car for a little ways in a parking lot. I've noticed that you guys sometimes tail me with your cars when I'm in that area so I decided to buzz the area with my car to see what was up. And one of your guys was out at his vehicle parked next to the neighboring condo as I was driving home. You guys regularly have your guys walk or drive by me when you track my car in the area of my condo. You guys track it via the cell gps device you may have planted in my car months ago. He may have been sent out to his vehicle to watch me after you guys noticed my car coming home. And then a couple minutes later another one of your guys crosses the street and gets in his vehicle. So I walked by him. And I did walk in an odd manner for a few yards because he was monitoring me. And if you guys are ever asked why you guys thought I was walking that way I wonder if you will answer. The reason again is I was reacting to his surveillance of me. Oblivion music And about the music I added to the site. Since it comes from the pc game Oblivion I thought it was fitting because as I said in an earlier entry I can occupy nearly all this time in my condo playing Oblivion on the pc. And some Gothic 3 and other pc games, all in singleplayer mode not online of course. Because I don't go online from the condo as I've said. And at my condo or the libraries the more I learn with html and other software for this site then it may help me find work in the internet field. Oblivion gameplay I think I should repeat with more detail why playing Oblivion on the pc keeps me so busy. As long I've added its music to the site I may as well. The number of quality mods (modifications) to the game from users is more than any high end game this year. And it rivals those of all games in the past. The Unreal series of pc games had a great modding community. But the level of detail and ingenuity in the Oblivion mods keeps the game really interesting after almost 10 months since its release. In my opinion that is. The mods give much better landscapes, adds farms with tools, adds houses, quests or stories, portable lanterns, new creatures, new players, new ships, apple trees with physics that allow you to knock the apples from the trees, and the mods keep coming. So now maybe you guys can see why I visit the Elderscrolls.com forums so much where all these mods are posted. I download them from the libraries on my usb flash drive as I do for demos of other games or other files from the net. Then bring it home and install them here. Again the Oblivion mods are like a whole new series of games within the original. So I'm not simply playing the same game out of the box for all these hours most every day. The Gothic 3 pc game may keep me occupied for another month. It has no mods or very few of them. I guess I could watch TV for hours if pc games weren't around. But I only watch someTV news in the mornings and very little of it at all. Lots of radio though, hours of radio news and some FM music in the car on the job in mail delivery. My job And speaking of mail delivery my second to last stop Monday thru Friday is at a major accounting firm in San Diego. Which is a location you may be aware of by now. And every stop there at 4:30 pm I'm rushing and hoping they have the mail ready and that I don't have to stand in line at the post office for very long. That's because I'm stuggling each time to get back to the condo before it gets dark. Because like I said before who knows what you guys have in store for me when it's dark and I show up outside anywhere. Good news for the clients So I bet your clients will be happy to know I've been doing this routine at the end of the work day to make it back when it's still light outside. That is they'll be happy I've changed my schedule as a result of the surveillance. As I mentioned before the days are getting longer so it's easier to get back before 5:15 pm. And your clients probably know most of these things already. So I have not been purposely delaying my arrival at home until dusk on work days. Which is what it may appear to be to you guys. Believe me it's my work schedule and I can't get back to the condo any earlier as I outlined in my work routine above. If I were a rich man Now if I was a multi-millionaire like one or more of your clients then I could legally approach one of the PIs in my area and try to out bid your clients for his or her services. I could try to hire one of them away as my bodyguard. Because if I get a girlfriend or job that requires late hours, I'd have to drive home late at night. Right into a snare of ... who know's what from you guys. But your clients could offer the PI more money than me, then I would up the price and so on. But I aint doin' bad now I don't ever expect to get that kind of money, however you can see now my family is well to do. And I will inherit a lot which will put me it the same general millionaire category as the clients. But on the far low rung, not anywhere near the multi-millions of your client(s). Unless the government is paying for the condos. That's unlikely as I've mentioned before. But I'm not so sure even my future estate is enough to afford to out bid for a PI and still have enough to retire. Again that's too pricey for me ever I think. Safety on the job A note about my rushing around in my job at the end of the day. Most couriers rush around and they have to find a way not to get in accidents. I don't drink before I drive ever in the last several months and that was less than 2 drinks one night. So don't worry about me being on booze or drugs while I'm driving. And I'm not rushing very much extra on account of you guys at night. That way the chance of accidents with injuries to the public is reduced as much as possible under the circumstances during my job or off duty. My DMV record Speaking of accidents you guys can see I only have the one fender bender over 3 years ago. It wasn't even my fault. And I have no points from it. I don't have any points at all. Just like my bumper sticker implies on my current car. I don't even have any tickets. So that accident is not much to worry about especially since my damage was scrapes on the fender of my Cavalier at the time. And the other driver had some dents and long scratches on two doors, less than $2K damage. You guys can see my driving record, considering the no fault, shows I have a good chance of not getting in any more accidents on this courier job or anywhere else. Driving in the hood I know I've driven around in the parking lots to check you guys out. And taken some sharp turns. But you guys have taken a few sharp turns too. In spite of that you guys can see I'm handling the Caddy well enough. The police car Furthermore one of your guys saw how I can handle my car reasonably well enough. He was an LE guy on the streets who followed me in his marked San Diego black color police cruiser with no lights on top. This was a few months ago. He did not appear to be uniformed. So I'm driving on a main street in the neighborhood and he pulls in front of me. I approach a major intersection and turn part way into the right turn only lane to turn right. Then he pulls in front of me to the right as if to make a right turn also. Then I pull back over to the lane to the left. And then he immediately changes lanes again to the left in front of me. We are both getting very close to the intersection at about 30 mph. So I decide I'm going to try to make a right turn without him if possible and not get in trouble. So as we are both now heading in the straight lane with no right turn allowed, I stay going straight behind him and let him commit himself into the intersection. As he entered the intersection it was too late for him to turn right. He would have had to make a dangerous sharp right turn. So then at the last second I turn right onto the cross street and head into a parking lot out of his area. He, or your guy, heads straight on through the intersection. What I did at the intersection may be considered a fairly standard way to avoid someone who's shadowing me from the front. That's the only marked cruiser I know of that followed me. There may have been another one a few days before him in the area who passed me but that was too hard to tell. It also had no lights on top. They were both community service cruisers or maybe the same one. Why would I say community service cruisers? Well it said "Community" on the side of the cruiser that passed me before the intersection. I don't recall the other words on the door but with it saying "Community" and having no flashers I think you guys know it was a community service cruiser. Both were black cruisers not the white RSVP cruisers with the elderly people in them. You guys and LE A good thing on your part to have the cruiser shadow me. That way I get the picture that you guys in the condos are probably LE or PIs under supervision. And not some out of control people from the net who can't do things professionally. As for me the closest I ever came to LE work was a security guard for West Coast Detectives in the late seventies for a few months in San Diego. And four years in the Army, where you can see I got the Good Conduct Medal. That must be ironic as heck to you guys, the medal. A day late sometimes I know I added all these paragraphs a day late, but I figured they would fit in best here. Like I've said I try to keep it so I type and upload everything for the day while I'm on the net. And not have to type it here at the condo like I'm am now for these added paragraphs. Offline and online When I pulled the plug on the web in the condo last 28 Aug I was really worried I wouldn't be able to make it past a week without the net at home. And then I'd have to admit that I couldn't show you guys I could do without the web where I live. But it turns out going on the web at libraries isn't so bad. The download speeds are much faster and the views from some of the libraries are cool. I may have even seen some of you guys who walk by me in the libraries. That is I don't know for sure if they were you guys. And at home the modded pc game Oblivion and other pc games give me plenty to do. Reboots

The PCs I used have never rebooted during my use of a web logger. And I started using the logger on 15 Jan 07. I fequently save the logger file to my usb flash drive. And if ever a PC were to reboot or freeze up when I'm using the logger then I'll manually list my net activity for the time lost after the last save. A manually entered list won't be very complete since I'd have to go by memory. But at least it will be about as informative as previous manually made lists. But a reboot hasn't happened yet, not even a PC freeze up during a logger recording. I'll tell you guys when it happens. And again I'll manually create a log for the lost time.

One of the reasons why a PC hasn't frozen up on me while using the logger is because using the logger encourages me to stick to mostly mainstream sites. I would feel embarrassed to have lots of shady sites recorded. And if I went to shady sites a lot then freeze ups would have happened by now. I know Googling can increase the chance of inadvertently hitting a shady site. I've been lucky with that so far. Of course freeze ups and reboots can occur from network issues or library net maintenance. I've simply been lucky no maintenance reboots happened while logging. Not that it's any big deal. It would just be a little annoying to have to manually make a web log for any unsaved logger time.

This morning at the USD law library I went online. Here there's no way to save a manually typed file to a usb drive, or to any drive or to send it to email. Unless using a laptop. So I couldn't copy and paste the urls for a web log. And so no way to use a web logger either. So the sites I visited were Tessource.net, Yahoo, Google, Rage3D.com and some others relating to games, news and Ftp I don't recall offhand.

Websites and email

I removed today's web logger records I posted earlier because an email address I used had my name in it. Sorry about that. I didn't realize the HsLab logger would list my email address and I didn't check it before I sent the file. And I don't want even the appearance of editing any of the HsLab logger logs. So it's better I remove the whole logger record than edit out my email records.

The log was up here for about seven hours but I doubt anyone but you guys saw it. And you guys know my name anyway. I added these comments and drove to Kinko's at around 7 pm tonight to remove today's logger records and replace it with these paragraphs. Yes you guys saw a rare night time outdoor appearance of me. But I had to get rid of the logger file soon. I only went to Geocities and Kinko's home page when I uploaded today's changes at Kinko's tonight. I'm not keeping a copy of today's HsLab log, it's deleted from all locations including from this site's directories.

So for a general list of sites and web activity that was in the logger for today: I went to Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Rage3D.com, Yahoo where I emailed my dad about a shopping schedule, Google and a couple other sites relating to news and gaming. All from the USD Copley library. And from now on I'll use an email address that doesn't have my name in it.

I realize another site of mine, TalkingToYourself.com, has my name and address in a public web location within the Yahoo Small Business websites. I probably should pay an extra $5 or so a month to remove my name from public view, even though it remains in a web directory. But I think I'll leave it the way it is because it's unlikely someone other than you guys is going to care enough about that site in the near future to dig into the public information of Yahoo Small Business. And less likely to call me up, email me or write to me about it. Unless you guys make this whole thing public. Again only if you guys do that first then I would make that site and the All You Guys site public.

It appears the origin of web activity can be determined from the logger records. So there's no need anymore for me to comment on where I'm posting from except if I've manually created a web log. And I added a comment about it near the top of the home page in the introduction section.

Also today I mistakenly posted from Mesa College as Spencer at the Rage3D.com forums, twice. So I just deleted both messages from the Rage3D.com forum. I'm trying to remember to post as Spencer only from USD and SDSU for the reasons given in 14 Jan 07 comments.

And it turns out it's no fun copying and pasting urls into Notepad to post here. So I won't be coming to UCSD as often anymore. If you notice the late hours in the log, the UCSD main library is open to 2 am Sunday through Thursday this semester with holiday exceptions.

UCSD libraries don't allow virtually any outside programs to run on their PCs. So I can't use the web logger. And they don't allow exporting internet Favorites. So I copy and paste urls into a html file when using the net at UCSD. I spent most of the half hour figuring out how to quickly copy & paste urls in html code in Notepad.

Websites and web security

I have to take restroom breaks of course during a very long continuous logger report like the one just above. And I have security in mind. I don't want anyone to find out about this site except you guys. Unless you bring it all out in public as I've said. The site is visible on screen sometimes for me to work on it. And someone could see it and look it up later. But it's not likely.

But more importantly are my files. So during the logger activity above before I went to the restroom, which was three times, I logged off all websites, closed all windows, cleared history and took my usb flash drive with me. And I also took with me written passwords and notes about this site and others. Also to help keep anyone from using the PC I keep some things by the PC like my jacket and some folders. I didn't reboot today for the reason explained below.

I should have rebooted during the five minute breaks but I didn't in this case because I wanted to keep the whole log continuous. But in the near future I will resume rebooting the PCs every single time I leave them. Which is what I do all the time until today. I just want to do a few very lengthy logs to see how long they can go, how big the file is and because it's less hassle than having several parts to the log. I don't think the logger files can be appended by the logger program after a reboot.

I've never edited any of the generated logger reports and I don't intend to. Sometimes the date of the logger logs may change if I resend all the files to this site. But I haven't changed or appended any of the logger files from HsLab logger or any other software logger.

Also earlier today in the morning I went online at my dad's apartment. I fixed his PC to correct a boot up problem. And in order to get files to fix it and test his internet functions I visited Cnet, Google, Cnn, MsNbc, and a few other tech and news related sites. I could have bookmarked each site I went to and then exported the favorites list to a saved file to post here. But I was in a hurry to fix his PC.

It looks like there's no need for me to say what name I use to post in a web forum. The logger displays the full url for my posts in net forums. And to see my posting names you guys can copy those urls into a web browser. I added a note about this in the introduction portion near the top of the home page.

In the log "domeuser" is the library at SDSU. Part of the activity was me posting as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums.

I'm putting in this manual entry for going on Geocities.com early this morning at Kinko's in La Jolla to update this site. It was to fix reporting errors in yesterday's entry. And for any spelling errors found for the last few weeks. And also went to Geocities again at around 12:45 pm at another part of the SDSU library to upload today's web logs.

The following website usage is posted a day late: at about 4 pm I went to varioius websites at the San Diego City Library at Scripps Ranch. I searched Google for other web logger software to track my net use, went to Cnet.com, Yahoo and Yahoo Finance. I haven't yet figured out a way to use a website logger at SD City libraries. To track me, not anyone else. So I put in this manual entry for today.

I'm using the website logger to track only my net use. I have no idea if it tracks you guys or anyone else who may be monitoring a PC I'm using. And I don't have a lot of knowledge of how to use loggers to detect if anyone is tracking my net use. I suppose I could learn how on the net but I don't have any plans to do so.

I'm much more interested in a quick easy way to post my net activity here. And also I'm waiting to see if you guys will step up your harrassment. Then I'll post about it here without giving any names, license plates or any personal info of that nature.

In both parts I posted from Miramar College, and part of my activity was posting as MTSoul in the Rage3D.com forums. Also shown is the downloading of a mod (update) for the pc game Oblivion at Tessource.net. Concerning file transfers, you guys can see near the end of the part 1 log how I'm using Ftp to send files to this All You Guys site. That was at the Continuing Education classroom at Miramar College. Sorry I said it was Mesa College earlier. I was at Miramar College today.

But Ftp won't install at the main library at Miramar College where I went on the net during part 2. And Geocities free file transfer doesn't work there either. So I uploaded part 2 at Kinko's. But there's no logger record for my net use at Kinko's because they don't allow programs in general to be installed on their web PCs. So I can't use my net logger there. That's why this manual entry is here for Kinko's. I also changed the music on this site so that all of it is from the Oblivion pc game.

Yesterday I posted by mistake to Rage3D.com as Spencer from Mesa College. I don't intend to do that from Mesa College for reasons spelled out in the 14 Jan 07 entry. But that one time yesterday is probably not a big deal. I still plan to post as Spencer only from USD and possibly from SDSU. I don't have very much posting activity from SDSU, not anywhere near the amount I have at the SDCCD system and UCSD. So I think I'll start posting as Spencer from SDSU.

One more additonal note, a day late, many of the PCs in the main library at Miramar College have the wrong time. Off by one hour, they never reset after daylight savings time way back in Oct 2006. So the times in part 2 above are ahead by one hour. Just great. And wouldn't that be a neat trick for the logger to show me at Miramar College at 2 pm today when you guys may have tracked my car somewhere near Balboa Ave & Route 15 at 2 pm. Which is about where I was on my mail route at that time. Or certainly in that area of Kearny Mesa, not in the Miramar College area.

Again sorry for the error saying I was at Mesa College today. It's been corrected to Miramar College. Yesterday I was at Mesa College. I've been driving all over the place the last two weeks to get on the net and I got the colleges mixed up as I was typing the entries in notepad today.

Again the logger software is not a key logger. It's a web activity logger that gives a description of each website visited without giving the full url in most cases. But man those descriptions of the web forum threads. Like at Rage3D.com forums. I couldn't view some of those thread topics with the racy language in the titles because it would have been logged. So having this logger running is affecting what I look at. I realize you guys all along can simply view the forum material on your own. But still it would be embarrassing for me if you guys saw nasty words in the logger descriptions of forum thread titles.

But it's no great loss to me I think, because there's plenty else to browse at Rage3D and the other sites. And as you can see the logger records show where I've been in the PC and usb flash drive directories and menus. And I posted a few times as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums. All from USD today.

Oh, after reading my own logger I forgot that I posted in Elderscrolls.com today as Klash27. The logger apparently does not record forum user names. But it says if I posted a reply in a forum by saying "reply" or "replying".

Websites with a logger

I finally started using a web actvitiy logger to record some of my net activity. And I added a paragraph about it near the top of the home page of this site. I don't think the HsLab logger I'm using will harm any public computers, and I run it from my usb flash drive which helps reduce trouble for the PCs. It's not a key logger. So I won't be displaying private information about library PCs that a key logger may happen to pick up. And that way you guys won't be tempted to use any of my passwords that a key logger would record.

And you LE guys may not be allowed to gather passwords from public libraries. You may already have mine from when I used the web at home up until around half a year ago, oh well. And if any of you guys are using the same brand logger it's only a coincidence.

The logger I use doesn't always record the full urls but it gives a good descriptive entry for each site. As well as record all the other stuff I do on a PC like go into my usb flash drive or go into the start menu, etc. So it makes me watch what I do more carefully. The descriptive nature of the logger entries for websites serves as comments about the sites I visit. So most of the time I don't have to comment separately on the sites I go to. Sometimes I will comment about them on my own if there's something in particular that needs to be addressed. And email destinations and subject matter need to be mentioned separately since they are not listed in the HsLab logger.

Logger software can't be run on some library computers like those at UCSD, a different university than USD. So I'll still have to type out website records sometimes. Below is the log for part of my use of the web today with the name of the library I used at USD. The logger record is short because I ran out of time trying to get the logger running correctly before the library closed at 2100 today. In the future the logger list will sometimes be very much longer.

Continuing with today's sites, before today's HsLab logger activity I went to the same sites listed in the HsLab logs but did so earlier in the day from the same library. And also went to numerous other sites like Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Yahoo and various sites when Googling different topics. Also Cnet.com, Beyond3D.com and HardOCP.com. And after the web logger entries I again went to the same sites listed in the logger but from a different library, the main one at UCSD. And I continued again going to most of the remainder of the same sites I had visited earlier today.

I resumed posting as Klash27 in the forums of Elderscrolls.com. I know that means I have two forum accounts there, the other one being Elkatar. I don't think it's that big of a deal there. But yesterday I mistakenly posted as Elkatar from the same college as I post from as Spencer. The Elkatar post was at Tessource.net, a closely related site to Elderscrolls.com. And of course my Spencer posts are to Rage3D.com

And because I post a lot as Elkatar and MTSoul from the same PCs at UCSD and Miramar College, then someone may notice Elkatar and Spencer posts are coming from the same place at another college. Especially if forum admins are tracking the IPs and MAC numbers. And so a link could be established that Spencer, MTSoul and Elkatar are from the same person.

That's all by IP tracking and never having to see me personally at one of the PCs. And it could raise suspicions and prove that I have two accounts at Rage3D.com. Which of course is true, I post there as Spencer and MTSoul as I've said. I'm still trying to hide that fact from everyone else except for you guys. Because as I've said forum admins tend to ban multiple accounts from one person.

And so I created a new posting account under the name Spartacle in Tessource.net for that reason, to hide that I have two or more accounts at Rage3D.com. So now I'll post from one college as Spartacle, Klash27 and Spencer. And from other colleges like UCSD and Mesa College I'll continue posting as MTSoul and Elkatar. I also made a few posts today at Tessource.net as Spartacle. And I downloaded some Oblivion pc game additions from Tessource.net.

Also at Rage3D.com forums an admin replied in the Feedback forum to my post yesterday. I asked how older posts of years ago can be viewed. And the replies were that it's possible for me to do it, not just admins. But I didn't understand how it was explained and I still can't go back past one year. Maybe I'll ask them again later in the forum how to do it. I also visited Yahoo and did some Googling on the proposed US border fence. And I used the fence info to post in the political forum on Rage3D.

A note about finding my posts in Rage3D.com mentioned above. It turns out it's easy to locate the old posts. See yesterday's records for more details on this.

The snow

You guys have a chance to see the snow in the mountains in the county. Snow level is coming down to 1500 feet this weekend and you have through tomorrow for the weekend holiday to see it. Some of you guys may be from around the country where you miss the snow so this will be the best time or only time to see it again this winter around here.

Websites and You Guys

I went to Rage3D.com and posted as Spencer in the off topic, gaming and political forums there. I have a lot of posts as Spencer, almost 1200 since 2002. And I'm not sure how I can check out some of those older posts. The search feature on the Rage3D forums doesn't go back more than a year. But I thought I posted as Spencer in March or April of last year. For some reason, possibly my Spencer account being inactive in the second half of last year, the search won't list my posts from 2005 and earlier. And if you guys want to see any of the posts going back to 2002 - 2005 you may have to get a court order unless the Rage3D admins let you see the posts on request. Nothing out of the ordinary about my posts as Spencer.

But some of you guys who came onto this case later just a couple years ago will probably doubt the posts are ordinary and try to make something out of them. So you guys who haven't seen the old Spencer posts will think ah there must be a pattern of foul play in his posts and you'll try to gain access to them. The LE who were living next door to me for 4 years or so may just now be finding out I have nearly 1200 posts as Spencer going back 5 years. They probably weren't even aware of this case until a couple years ago or even just one year ago. So they'll be wondering what in the heck I did post about for over 1000 times on forums of one site? And they may be eager to try to establish some ill pattern in all those posts.

There is no ill pattern or foul play pattern to the posts. Like I said when you see them, if you can, the posts are not out of the ordinary. But you guys may want to be careful about a court order to see all the posts. I wouldn't object, you guys probably have plenty of court orders concerning me anyway. But the Rage3D admins may bring this whole thing out in the open if you present them with a court order. Maybe you already have contacted them and things still remain low profile. I can't be sure if you've talked to them of course. Today I also visited Yahoo, Google and 3DGamers.com. And checked out more Oblivion pc game additions over at Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com.

I'm adding the following two paragraphs about two weeks late: Never mind what I said about difficulty in finding my posts as Spencer. You can search the Spencer posts going all the way back in Rage3D.com. Use the general search box that first comes up, it works fine and goes back for years. I'm not sure if the general search box worked all along or if it was down when I first posted today's logs. If it was working then the court order part must have sounded goofy especially if you guys already used the general search box.

I don't bother to edit out silly portions of this site. And I've never made any significant edits to the content. That's because a copy of the original posts are probably stashed in a database somewhere in Yahoo. Or you guys may have early copies.

I almost forgot about listing all those other sites I went to today searching for info for posts I made at Rage3D.com forums. Like a USAToday site and numerous other sites I got from Googling about political parties, Lynndie England who's in San Diego, and other forum topics. Without a url logger I won't be able to list all the sites when posting a lot in net forums. But as I said earlier installing url loggers on library PCs could harm the machines. So I'll try figure out, with no guarantees, another method for a more complete and accurate way to list sites I visit.

I did some more posting as Spencer in the forums of Rage3D.com. Again I have no intention of even remotely mentioning this All You Guys site at Rage3D or anywhere else on the net or in real life, except here at the site itself for you guys to observe. But of course if you guys go public with this whole surveillance thing or prosecute me for anything then I'll make this site public. As well as my TalkingToYourself.com site. Today I also went to Google, Yahoo and 3DGamers.com.

My curtains, my lights, my rooms and detection rays again

You guys what's the point of me shutting my curtains at night or closing interior doors to prevent you guys from seeing me? Or to prevent you guys from seeing if the lights are turned on in there? I mean you guys may be using infrared scopes or sensors so you can see where I am in the condo. I close the curtains or subdue lights mainly for privacy from anyone in the general population who is passing by on the walkways.

I said bedrooms, yes it's plural, I have two bedrooms as you know it's a two bedroom condo. So lots of space for me in there considering it has a living room, kitchen, two full baths and the patio. I'm grateful that I have all this to myself and all the privacy that comes with it. Other neighbors have to share condos with family members and that can lead to some friction. Wait, you noticed I said I have privacy. Not really, just exaggerating. I know you guys are watching, walking and driving where I'm at sometimes. Er, all the time since you probably have shifts.

Considering all the space I have to roam around in the condo, it's no surprise you guys may use infrared detection to keep track of where I am inside there. One of the bedrooms is more like a computer room where my PC is. But it's still a functional bedroom like the larger bedroom. You guys ought to know about the computer room. I mean you're only a few inches away from it.

This is becoming 90% spy blogs and 10% website logging again. I didn't say it would be perfect. I'll try to get back on track with having most of this site be about recording and commenting on websites I visit and my other net activity.

An option

Just one option I'd like to throw out there. How about if your guys' rich members (or the government) keep paying an annual salary to you guys who are in the surrounding condos for life? That way I keep living here under surveillance into my nineties. And you guys on into your eighties and a few into your nineties. Just an idea I could live with. But a few of you guys in the condos are already in your seventies or eighties. They will do fine some way.

Because...don't you guys know I realize if I move you guys will have it much easier to escalate the harrassment and get away with it? Look don't you see, you must know like I've said or implied 4 or 5 times on this site if I stay in the condo it will look like you guys have been following me around for 5 years or so. That could make you guys look bad as I've said. And if the harrassment really escalates against me while I'm still living here then you guys could get caught for it.

If on the other hand I move out like you guys want then I'm an easier target. And again it could be a lot easier for you guys to get away with it. In other words your clients, who are also you guys, probably told you guys to just get him to move outta there. But me moving out, even though I'd love to get out of here, would be setting myself up for ... a really big escalation in the harrassment against me. No thanks, I'm staying here.

I've known this for years. And I know I wait for weeks to mention things like this to you guys. Look at the low key way this site got started. Sorry for any irritation the delays caused. And there may be an annoying delay in daily updates here because I don't post it immediately sometimes. It can take hours or a day late. Of course it's because I pulled the plug on the net here at the condo months ago. And I don't have mobile wireless web although that may be something to consider later on. But I prefer now to use public PCs even though you guys usually know which ones I use.

To be fair about all this there may be another reason for the surveillance. I know you guys may be using the harrassment to get me to complain to the police or to the judicial system. Even though some of you guys are the police. Then if I try to file a lawsuit against you then you guys could try to come out against me with tapes of me talking to myself in my room or my web posts of the past. I doubt if they will stick in a countersuit you could file against me. That won't work.

But another countersuit filed by you guys could work. I don't plan on complaining against you guys. The reason I don't is you guys could deny spying in a countersuit and it could have a chance of winning. I would probably win, don't get me wrong. But you could win if my proof of your harrassment wasn't strong enough. That way I would look bad by being accused of making false complaints. Not that they would be false as far as truth is concerned.

And I thank goodness if there's a judge who approved the wiretaps and surveillance. Because if it wasn't for him or her then a really, really big escalation of your guys' harrassment of me in the future would be...easy. As in easy to get away with. Don't get upset reading this you guys. Get a salary for life. I guess this is where you guys have your law guys look at this section to see if it has any merit.

I posted at Rage3D.com forums as Spencer. Searched Google for "spencer" and "elderscrolls". Went to Yahoo and Yahoo finance also today. And visited GamersHell.com and a couple other sites in an attempt to find a fast download for the pc game demo Tarr Chronicles again.

I just Googled "mtsoul" and there are about 800 entries. I still doubt that anyone would find this site in there. And other people have the MTSoul web name besides me where I use it in Rage3D.com forums as I've said.

Websites, email and librarys

I'm posting as Spencer in the Rage3D.com forums today, a site for ATI/AMD fans. ATI makes PC video cards and other PC components. Since I already post there as MTSoul I could get both accounts banned by the Rage3D forum admins. But it's not illegal and not really that big of a deal.

Rage3D won't find out unless you guys tell them because the library I use for Spencer posts is on a different network than UCSD campuses, SDCCD campuses, SDSU campuses and SD City libraries. And before today I don't think I've ever posted from this library to Rage3D.com or any sites with strong references to them.

And I doubt you'll bother to give Rage3D any proof that I have two or more user names in their forums. You can easily find the library and me in it where I post as Spencer. But I don't think you guys will present all those details to Rage3D like the library's location and my name and risk getting them involved with this whole thing.

I also resumed posting as Trevory in the Hannity.com forums, a political site. I also went to Google, Yahoo, GamersHell.com and 3DGamers.com. No time for Tessource.net or Elderscrolls.com today.

I forgot to list that I emailed my dad today from Yahoo email. I'm not much for emailing anyone these days.

Also I meant to add that anyone searching the net on Google or any search engine for "spencer" is not likely to find this site. For one thing Spencer is a common name and the list of results for it is long in Google, as in over 50 million. The same argument could be used when searching for "elderscrolls" which is named on this site a lot. It has over 400,000 results in a Google search. So mentioning Spencer on this site is not going to make it very much more risky to expose this All You Guys site. Again this site is not posted or referenced anywhere else beyond its url address that I know of.

Visited Yahoo, Google and Tessource.net. Also used Geocites.com to set up Ftp software to update the All You Guys site. That way I don't always have to use the Geocities built in file transfer program. Maybe not all college library PCs will allow Ftp to be used but the ones at the San Diego Community College District allow it. At least at Miramar College.

I'm also Googling for url recording software for me, not for anyone else. That way I can have an automated way to track all the website addresses I visit. And so it should be easier to post them at this site.

After checking out some url loggers I figure it's too much trouble for the PCs at libraries to have files installed on them every time I want to record my net activity. That is it may damage the library PCs. And in turn I could get in trouble. Instead I could cut and paste most or all of the urls into a file to get posted here. Not starting today, maybe in a few days. For now I'll just keep it the way it is by memory or joting down a list. And then posting them under the "Websites" heading.

Speaking of Miramar College

You guys may notice I go to the little Continuing Education learning center near the main Miramar College library. You guys probably have not sent anyone to follow me in there because as you know you guys would have to register to be in that classroom. Which means giving your name and address. And if you gave a phony address the California state education officials may inquire to you guys about that. And if you guys use real information on the forms, well then maybe you've already been in here with me. But I'm not so sure you want your guys using real addresses to get into a classroom where I am.

You guys are able to come into the main Miramar College library anonymously to watch me and even sit down next to me. But looks like it's too risky for you to try that at the learning center. At least I don't know of any of you guys trying it. I happen to be typing this in that little learning center. And I'm about to Ftp this entry to the All You Guys site. The Geocities free file transfer program is not accessible at the Miramar College library or many of the PCs at the Mesa College library.

Miramar College and You Guys

It must be a little unsettling to you guys that I go on the net here at Miramar College. Because the police academy and lots of LE are here on the campus. So no wonder you guys may have sent in some of your guys to watch me in the main library here. I don't plan on going to it except for one day a week. And that's enough. Because it probably bothers you guys that I come here considering you guys are probably LE. And also I get tired of the same library employees saying hi to me. I don't think I feel easy about becoming a regular at this library .

Talking with my dad

You guys may have been listening to my phone calls to my dad. Sometimes he asks me what's new for the day. And when I tell him nothing much is going on, that must be ironic as heck to you guys. And probably hilarious since he doesn't know about the surveillance or he's denying it to me.

So far this morning I've been to Google, Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com. We'll see how many hours I can spend on the last two sites. The Oblivion pc game, which those two sites are devoted to, still keeps me occupied even with all this web time available today at a college library. I'll probably go to other sites later today and I'll post again as I do.

As I've said before I don't list the home pages of college libraries which are already up on many of the net PCs in various colleges. Not because you guys can find the colleges I go to, you guys know that already on the same day. It's simply too repetitious to list a default college home page that's almost always up when first using one of their web PCs.

Very brief visits to websites

You guys may have noticed on some days the time I spend on sites is just a few seconds. Except for this one (the All You Guys site) which is often up in the background while I'm on the net. And this is assuming you guys can tell for how long a site has been viewed. The reason for the occassional short visits to Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, 3DGamers.com and some others is sometimes I don't have time to browse much. So the only time I have some days is to get this All You Guys site updated with comments about you guys.

But in that situation at least I visit my regular sites if only for a couple seconds or so. On days like today I have lots of time to spend online so as you may be able to tell I've been on Tessource.net for hours. Are you guys noticing I'm making spelling, grammar and content corrections as you're viewing this site? Well, afterall you guys are the masters of real time surveillance.

Back on the Oblivion websites

As the day wears on I've been making several posts as Elkatar in the Oblivion pc game forums of Elderscrolls.com. And a few posts under the same name in the mod comments area on Tessource.net.

More websites

At GamersHell.com I downloaded the Tarr Chronicles pc game demo. The download speed here at a library for that was really fast, over 3 MB per second so it took only a few minutes to download the 400 MB file. And at MegaGames.com downloaded another pc game demo, Road Trip 2KX, a road touring driving simulation. On AmericasArmy.com I read the forums to see how the latest version 2.8 was being received in user reviews. That's an update for the pc game America's Army. I only play it in its offline mode at home, occassionally. And I posted as MTSoul at the Rage3D.com gaming and political forums.

And speaking of playing these games like America's Army and the rest, they have fighting but I avoid it when I play in singleplayer mode. I'm interested in the exploration portion of pc games. So I use code commands to disable the fighting if possible. Or do some occassional fighting in a game to order to get to places where violence in the game is no longer required. And then save the game in the non fighting areas so I won't have to fight again to get to the non violent places. All this is not new for me, I've been playing pc games this way for years as far as singleplayer. This can be verified by reading my posts as Spencer in the gaming forums of Rage3D.com going back five years there.

The exception to that is I know you guys probably know I played America's Army and Guild Wars online at the condo all those days up until 28 Aug 06. And yes there was a lot of fighting in those games online. But I haven't been online at home since that day as you guys know. And I don't play online games away from my home either.

Well I just noticed that the title at the top of the webpage window for the All You Guys site and all of these sites here at the library says "provided by UCSD Libraries" at the end. You guys probably know that anyway, but now that the library name is even more out in the open, I'm at a UCSD library right now. And being at this hour at almost 2300, you guys can narrow it down. Well there are 3 libraries maybe a fourth open now at about 2300 hours at the UCSD campus. All with web PCs I can use. But no bother, you guys know which library it is from simple monitoring. And of course you guys have to be a goverment agency to get permission to do that. But that's nothing new on this All You Guys site.

Websites and paragraphs

I went to Yahoo to see what Google stock was doing. I reported in error that I went to Tessource.net and Elderscrolls.com today, but I don't think I did.

I divided some of the longer paragraphs in this site into smaller ones for easier reading. In doing so I made a few grammar corrections and some slight rewording. But no significant changes in content.

It finally dawned on me that when I added the headings in red it's ok to divide big paragraphs underneath into multiple ones. Because the smaller paragraphs will still be under one heading and thus related to each other. That's elementary and I should have done this from the start.

Sites I browsed were Elderscrolls.com, Tessource.net, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. I added headings to some of the paragraphs in the logs. The sub titles are quick reference points and it helps to make the entries more readable. Also I realize it can take a minute to load the pages the first time because of the music. But I see that you guys and I can still scroll through the pages while a song loads. So I'll leave in the music for now.

Short web records, long spy blogs

It looks like most of this site is spy blogs compared to records of websites I visit and other net use. As said before it is hoped that the spy comments will make the site more interesting. But several paragraphs on surveillance can be too much. So they will probably be shorter from now on. On the other hand some people may want more spy stories. But I don't plan on having the public be the judge of that unless you guys do. As I've said this site is not advertised or linked anywhere. That will happen only if you guys go public with all this.

This morning in the area

That is in the neighborhood where I live and where you guys live too. There was a brown Mercedes behind me for a little ways as I was driving west away from the condo. I took a sharp right turn into a parking lot a few seconds after I recognized the car in my mirror. That car has driven by my car before. But the lady driving does not seem very aggressive. So I'm not sure if the car is your guys' vehicle. As I implied she is kind of laid back in movement with the car over the past few weeks. So I just don't know if she is one of you guys. I'm not being evasive, I really don't know if the car is from you guys.

The music

The music on the site is so nice it can evoke sentimental feelings. No wonder it won awards like I mentioned a couple days or so ago. It seems out of place, so peaceful compared to the conflict between me and you guys. I should probably take down the music for that reason. But I guess I'll leave it up for now even though it may sometimes cause emotions. And this finishes another spy blog.

Today I visited Tessource.net, Elderscrolls.com, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. Yesterday the music files I put on this site's log webpages were too big and the pages took too long to load. Now it's a third to less than half the time as before for load times.

The music

You guys may think the music is too grand for a lousy site like this. The Oblivion pc game music has won awards within the last year. But the game has been mentioned on this site enough times so I'll keep the music for now.

Return of Spencer and Trevory

I may post as Spencer again at Rage3D.com forums. And I may return to posting as Trevory in the forums of Hannity.com. You guys probably know those user names of mine from monitoring my web postings of a few years ago. I don't want Rage3D.com to find out I have two (or more) login names. They could cancel both if they find out. Not worried that you guys will find out that, you guys already know. I'm also MTSoul in the Rage3D.com forums as I mentioned here some days ago.

Duplicate user names

Although Dsl, TI or T3 net PCs at libraries have IP numbers that change, the MAC numbers may be the same in each computer. So I think forum administrators may be able to ping or somehow detect MAC #s. And of course if they are the same for two different forum user names then that's a sign they could be from the same person. Having duplicate login names for one person is not allowed at most forums. Different family members could be posting in a forum from the same pc. But in my case two login names at Rage3D.com may not work out from the libraries' PCs.

But I won't have that problem in Hannity.com forums because I only posted once or twice under another name besides Trevory. And it's unlikely I'll post any more to their forums from the one or two PCs I used for the other name. Since I started this website and it's all out in the open to you guys, I may as well try going back to using those two older login names.

Websites and music

I added music to the log webpages on this site. The music is from the pc game Oblivion. Also today I browsed Elderscrolls.com, Tessource.net, Yahoo and Rage3D.com. And paid for the net access to do so here at a Kinkos because all the libraries are closed for the day.

Responding to surveillance

A couple days ago on 30 Dec 06 in the daytime I drove my car 2 or 3 times in a row past an area next to my condo. I backed up with the car for part of each time in the same part of the lot. That's not a big deal although it may have been a little annoying and I'm sorry for that if it was to any of you guys. But it's ok to be backing up a car for a little ways in a parking lot.

I've noticed that you guys sometimes tail me with your cars when I'm in that area so I decided to buzz the area with my car to see what was up. And one of your guys was out at his vehicle parked next to the neighboring condo as I was driving home. You guys regularly have your guys walk or drive by me when you track my car in the area of my condo. You guys track it via the cell gps device you may have planted in my car months ago. He may have been sent out to his vehicle to watch me after you guys noticed my car coming home.

And then a couple minutes later another one of your guys crosses the street and gets in his vehicle. So I walked by him. And I did walk in an odd manner for a few yards because he was monitoring me. And if you guys are ever asked why you guys thought I was walking that way I wonder if you will answer. The reason again is I was reacting to his surveillance of me.

Oblivion music

And about the music I added to the site. Since it comes from the pc game Oblivion I thought it was fitting because as I said in an earlier entry I can occupy nearly all this time in my condo playing Oblivion on the pc. And some Gothic 3 and other pc games, all in singleplayer mode not online of course. Because I don't go online from the condo as I've said. And at my condo or the libraries the more I learn with html and other software for this site then it may help me find work in the internet field.

Oblivion gameplay

I think I should repeat with more detail why playing Oblivion on the pc keeps me so busy. As long I've added its music to the site I may as well. The number of quality mods (modifications) to the game from users is more than any high end game this year. And it rivals those of all games in the past. The Unreal series of pc games had a great modding community. But the level of detail and ingenuity in the Oblivion mods keeps the game really interesting after almost 10 months since its release. In my opinion that is.

The mods give much better landscapes, adds farms with tools, adds houses, quests or stories, portable lanterns, new creatures, new players, new ships, apple trees with physics that allow you to knock the apples from the trees, and the mods keep coming. So now maybe you guys can see why I visit the Elderscrolls.com forums so much where all these mods are posted. I download them from the libraries on my usb flash drive as I do for demos of other games or other files from the net. Then bring it home and install them here.

Again the Oblivion mods are like a whole new series of games within the original. So I'm not simply playing the same game out of the box for all these hours most every day. The Gothic 3 pc game may keep me occupied for another month. It has no mods or very few of them. I guess I could watch TV for hours if pc games weren't around. But I only watch someTV news in the mornings and very little of it at all. Lots of radio though, hours of radio news and some FM music in the car on the job in mail delivery.

My job

And speaking of mail delivery my second to last stop Monday thru Friday is at a major accounting firm in San Diego. Which is a location you may be aware of by now. And every stop there at 4:30 pm I'm rushing and hoping they have the mail ready and that I don't have to stand in line at the post office for very long. That's because I'm stuggling each time to get back to the condo before it gets dark. Because like I said before who knows what you guys have in store for me when it's dark and I show up outside anywhere.

Good news for the clients

So I bet your clients will be happy to know I've been doing this routine at the end of the work day to make it back when it's still light outside. That is they'll be happy I've changed my schedule as a result of the surveillance. As I mentioned before the days are getting longer so it's easier to get back before 5:15 pm. And your clients probably know most of these things already. So I have not been purposely delaying my arrival at home until dusk on work days. Which is what it may appear to be to you guys. Believe me it's my work schedule and I can't get back to the condo any earlier as I outlined in my work routine above.

If I were a rich man

Now if I was a multi-millionaire like one or more of your clients then I could legally approach one of the PIs in my area and try to out bid your clients for his or her services. I could try to hire one of them away as my bodyguard. Because if I get a girlfriend or job that requires late hours, I'd have to drive home late at night. Right into a snare of ... who know's what from you guys. But your clients could offer the PI more money than me, then I would up the price and so on.

But I aint doin' bad now

I don't ever expect to get that kind of money, however you can see now my family is well to do. And I will inherit a lot which will put me it the same general millionaire category as the clients. But on the far low rung, not anywhere near the multi-millions of your client(s). Unless the government is paying for the condos. That's unlikely as I've mentioned before. But I'm not so sure even my future estate is enough to afford to out bid for a PI and still have enough to retire. Again that's too pricey for me ever I think.

Safety on the job

A note about my rushing around in my job at the end of the day. Most couriers rush around and they have to find a way not to get in accidents. I don't drink before I drive ever in the last several months and that was less than 2 drinks one night. So don't worry about me being on booze or drugs while I'm driving. And I'm not rushing very much extra on account of you guys at night. That way the chance of accidents with injuries to the public is reduced as much as possible under the circumstances during my job or off duty.

My DMV record

Speaking of accidents you guys can see I only have the one fender bender over 3 years ago. It wasn't even my fault. And I have no points from it. I don't have any points at all. Just like my bumper sticker implies on my current car. I don't even have any tickets. So that accident is not much to worry about especially since my damage was scrapes on the fender of my Cavalier at the time. And the other driver had some dents and long scratches on two doors, less than $2K damage. You guys can see my driving record, considering the no fault, shows I have a good chance of not getting in any more accidents on this courier job or anywhere else.

Driving in the hood

I know I've driven around in the parking lots to check you guys out. And taken some sharp turns. But you guys have taken a few sharp turns too. In spite of that you guys can see I'm handling the Caddy well enough.

The police car

Furthermore one of your guys saw how I can handle my car reasonably well enough. He was an LE guy on the streets who followed me in his marked San Diego black color police cruiser with no lights on top. This was a few months ago. He did not appear to be uniformed. So I'm driving on a main street in the neighborhood and he pulls in front of me. I approach a major intersection and turn part way into the right turn only lane to turn right. Then he pulls in front of me to the right as if to make a right turn also. Then I pull back over to the lane to the left. And then he immediately changes lanes again to the left in front of me.

We are both getting very close to the intersection at about 30 mph. So I decide I'm going to try to make a right turn without him if possible and not get in trouble. So as we are both now heading in the straight lane with no right turn allowed, I stay going straight behind him and let him commit himself into the intersection. As he entered the intersection it was too late for him to turn right. He would have had to make a dangerous sharp right turn. So then at the last second I turn right onto the cross street and head into a parking lot out of his area. He, or your guy, heads straight on through the intersection.

What I did at the intersection may be considered a fairly standard way to avoid someone who's shadowing me from the front. That's the only marked cruiser I know of that followed me. There may have been another one a few days before him in the area who passed me but that was too hard to tell. It also had no lights on top. They were both community service cruisers or maybe the same one.

Why would I say community service cruisers? Well it said "Community" on the side of the cruiser that passed me before the intersection. I don't recall the other words on the door but with it saying "Community" and having no flashers I think you guys know it was a community service cruiser. Both were black cruisers not the white RSVP cruisers with the elderly people in them.

You guys and LE

A good thing on your part to have the cruiser shadow me. That way I get the picture that you guys in the condos are probably LE or PIs under supervision. And not some out of control people from the net who can't do things professionally. As for me the closest I ever came to LE work was a security guard for West Coast Detectives in the late seventies for a few months in San Diego. And four years in the Army, where you can see I got the Good Conduct Medal. That must be ironic as heck to you guys, the medal.

A day late sometimes

I know I added all these paragraphs a day late, but I figured they would fit in best here. Like I've said I try to keep it so I type and upload everything for the day while I'm on the net. And not have to type it here at the condo like I'm am now for these added paragraphs.

Offline and online

When I pulled the plug on the web in the condo last 28 Aug I was really worried I wouldn't be able to make it past a week without the net at home. And then I'd have to admit that I couldn't show you guys I could do without the web where I live.

But it turns out going on the web at libraries isn't so bad. The download speeds are much faster and the views from some of the libraries are cool. I may have even seen some of you guys who walk by me in the libraries. That is I don't know for sure if they were you guys. And at home the modded pc game Oblivion and other pc games give me plenty to do. There's the spy blog for today.
