Johnson, Angelina - Chaser on the Gryffindor Quidditch team. She is a tall black girl.
Jordan, Lee - He has dreadlocks and is famed for his commentaries at the Quidditch matches. He is a best friend to Fred and George Weasley.
Jorkins, Bertha - Member of the Ministry of Magic, who was abducted in Albania.
Karkaroff, Professor - The tall, goateed, Durmstrang Headmaster who knows a lot about the Dark Arts.
Kettleburn, Professor - Care of Magical Creatures teacher. Retired at the end of Harry's second year
Krum, Viktor - Bulgarian seeker for the Durmstrang School, who has a large curved nose and thick eyebrows. He walks like a duck and is round-shouldered but is awesome on a broomstick!
Lockhart, Gilderoy - Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher in Harry's second year. Author of self-glorifying autobiographies and five times winner of Witch Weekly's Most-Charming-Smile Award.

Lupin Remus J., Professor - Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher
Macmillan, Ernie - friend of Harry's ~see Hufflepuff House
McCormack, Kirley - lead guitarist for the rock band The Weird Sisters.
McGonagall Minerva, Professor - Transfiguration teacher & Head of Gryffindor House
Mad-Eye Moody - aka Alastor Moody - A famous Auror
Malfoy, Draco - a mean, young wizard, who is a bully.
Malfoy, Lucius - officer in the Ministry of Magic and Draco Malfoy's father
Malfoy, Narcissa - Draco's tall, blonde mother and wife of Lucius Malfoy. She is a stuck up woman.
Maxime, Madam Olympe - Headmistress of Beauxbatons
Moaning Myrtle - deceased student at Hogwarts who lives in the girls' loo
Moody, Alastor - Retired Auror hired to teach Defence Against the Dark Arts in Harry's fourth year. Known as 'Mad-Eye Moody' since he lost an eye in the fight against Voldemort and his supporters, and replaced it with a magical eye. He is badly scarred and has a wooden leg.
Morgana - The name of a witch depicted on a wizard trading card.
Mostafa, Hassan - Acclaimed Egyptian Chairwizard of the International Association of Quidditch. He is small, skinny, completely bald and has a huge moustache.

Cadogan, Sir - A Knight from a portrait in the North Tower. He was the temporary guardian of Gryffindor Tower while the Fat Lady was being repaired (after her portrait was slashed)
Chang, Cho - Seeker of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team. Harry has a crush on her in the 4th book.

Creevey, Colin - student and fan of Harry who follows him constantly and is always taking his picture.

Diggle, Dedalus - A wizard Harry met in the Leaky Cauldron. He also bowed to Harry one time in a shop.
Diggory, Amos - employee for the Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, Cedric's father.
