I remember when I got on the World Wide Web with my own
computer, instead of bugging my friends for access and on-line time. The
information out there was incredible and I wanted my own roadside stop
along the information super highway. So..... I set about establishing The
Continuum Perspective. This first attempt at making a website would be
the end all be all of websites; a stomping groung of realms within realms-
AFRAID NOT. That idea has since been abandoned in favor of The Reader's
Perspective. Inspired by Orson Scott Cards mention of the result from a
thousand-ideas session (World Science Fiction Convention, New Orleans 1988)
in his book How
to Write Science Fiction & Fantasy, I set out to
create a place of creation and interaction. It occured to me that promoting
reading and offering assistance to writers would make for a more purposeful
site. I hope to have fun with it and that it will help others attain their
writing goals as well. Welcome to my place on the web.
