So, pup, you want to hear a story? Sit down, I got one for...don't know if you'll like it, but you asked for it.

Where to start? Oh screw it, I'll just tell it from whenever to whenever. You ever had to roam? I mean not had a home, livin' by what you could? I'm used to that. Most Silent Striders are. Well, I came from where ever, and go back on occansion. I've seen things that would turn your stomache, and been through things most hope they'll never even hear of.

How would you like to be on the road with your pack, go against a bunch of leeches (vampires), only to find out, your pack is worse than the leeches you just killed? Nice, huh? Mine was a pack called the Wandering Sands. We were the best at what we did, and what we did, was put leeches where they belong, back in the grave. We came across a few, the wheres and whens aren't important, but they died, that's when my pack mates cut open the leeches heads, performed a ritual that made me sick, and ate the brains. I had to kill the entire pack, they had fallen to the Wyrm, and thought I did too. That's when I started my hunt for the Eaters of the Dead, the same camp those pack members belonged to, and the one that gave them that dark knowledge.

Well, that's when I really set out on my own, no pack, no friends, just the road. I found my way all the way around the world, and back again, I've learned through determination what the Eaters can never even hope to learn. Lesson rite there, pup; you get a lot through a short cut, but more under your own power. I've seen the Nile Delta, and I'd like to go back, but I know I can't. That leech, Set made sure of that. Well, eventually, I made it to Ashland, and here I am. I've been declared Ronin for ttrying to stop another Breed War, the Sept took me back, and the stangest thing of all; I've become a father. I have Ma'at only knows how many kids, but mommy's takin' care of them. This one ain't got a mommy, so I stick around.
