The Chant
Sigil was hit the hardest of any of the Outer Planes. It was in Sigil that Dathrac held his seat of power. Life in the Cage is certainly different. For one
thing, there's no Lady of Pain. Dathrac wrote her in the dead-book pretty early on. Anyway, with her gone, Sigil's somewhat more friendly towards the "free-spirited" types. Don't get me wrong, though. The Dabus have
been keeping a tight reign on the city. They've even got help. The Dabushand, as they're called by most cutters, roam the streets and alleys of Sigil. They appear to be charged with keeping order. The Dabushand
will often intervene in conflicts and prevent crimes. Sigil has also seen a restructuring of the factions. The Fated have found themseleves without a home in the City of Doors, and their treasury has been appropriated.
Chant of the Doomguard turning stag and siding with Dathrac is out, too, so the Sinkers have found themselves to be the next target of decay. Naturally, they've embraced their fate and have made it their mission to take as many other
factions with them as possible.
