      Next to nothing is known of the second woman to call herself Nemesis, including how she got the original's sword, and why the Canadian government recruited her to lead the Gamma Flight team. The only thing that is known is that she once led a cult-like group called the Children of the Night.
      Nemesis led Gamma in a fairly capable manner until the team was disbanded following the Sorcerer affair. She then acted to keep Wild Child out of Alpha Flight's hands and disappeared.
      Nemesis only reappeared when Wild Child went looking for some answers about his past. He specifically went looking for Nemesis to get some questions answered about the time period immediately after she "rescued" him from Alpha Flight. Wild Child managed to save Nemesis from a superhuman called Roc. Nemesis the accompanied him back to Alpha Flight headquarters.
      Nemesis then continued to hang around Alpha Flight until the group disbanded at the end of the Joshua Lord matter. She never actually joined the team however. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
      Nemesis II has used a teleportation device on occasion. Other than that, she has the exact abilities of her predecessor: namely flight and a sword that can cut through almost anything.
